I ran out of gas today On McCarran Boulevard walked over a half a mile to get to the gas station. The only jug I had to put gas in was an antifreeze jug. That a Nevada state Trooper has given me a ride to get gas with this same container two weeks ago. But upon arrival at the extra mile to Jackson’s gas Station. The lady behind the counter was very rude and said she wouldn’t sell me gas without it being in a proper red gas can. I only had $4.00 and this antifreeze plastic jug. The lady was VERY VERY RUDE AND WOULDN’T EVEN LET ME FINISH TALKING. To the point the 2 customers behind me in line said never mind they would get gas somewhere else.Very rude. Would never recommend anybody going to this particular extra mile Jackson’s gas station for anything. I would go to the one just down the road a little more at McCarran and clear acre so much nicer so much more understanding.

Terrible management. Every single one of the female employees there is rude, but I think I would be too if I was treated so disrespectfully. Joanne is rude, hostile and not fit for the position of gas pump let alone manager. Terrible product selection too. Their hot coffee is either not working or is being borrowed by another terribly run gas station down the street. And they've been phasing out of some of their best selling products as part of a "rebranding" or some bs. Steer clear. Do yourselves a favor and go to Maverick.

They give you a dirty key on a stick to use the outdoor bathrooms and look like they haven't been cleaned in a while. Store is not well stocked, delivery sitting in the middle of aisles... and employees on their phones not bothering to look up

Manager very rude and throws my change at me one day I was trying to get 60$ Worth of gas with a 100$ Bill and he wouldn’t take my money and thru it back at me.. next time I came in I asked for 7$ worth of gas and I paid with 20$ bill and the manager said next time bring a smaller bill and thru my change at me.. I’m sick and tired of the manager... I called Corporate and transferred me to a answer machine..

Jerry was the attendant and he was enthusiastic and very kind. My car got clean in the automated car wash. But the cool part is that I was able to vacuum my car and use their cleaning spray and towels to clean the inside... and it is all included in the car wash. Totally a great deal!

I went Into this particular Jackson's to get snacks for a movie and the employee at the counter immediately starts harassing my service dog and claims that she can't have dogs in her store because she has food when in actuality the ADA states that service dogs, when it comes to places with food, are only not allowed in working kitchens. Despite my reassurances that she was a service dog I ended up having a panic attack and having to leave the store due to her harassment of us. This is a gas station I frequent regularly on the fact that it is the closest to my house but I probably will never return because of this encounter.
