We were treated very well by Michelle Guerrero. She was very professional, yet we laughed a lot. She brought up things that we would never have thought of. What we usually never look forward to, taxes, we walked away saying, that was fun.

Use them every year. Taxes are done quickly and efficiently and it's worth paying to prevent audits or mistakes that could be made if I did taxes myself.

No not good service called so many times took days to get a call back. When they called I was working. Call back 10mins later no answer. Plus the lady that did my taxes didn't know what she was doing. Plus y'all don't give a card to you same day taxes are done. It's horrible. Going back to h an r block
