I ordered a love seat and recliner from Big Lots. The company called to see if Friday would work. I called left a voicemail and didnt hear back until 1 week later and they wanted to deliver for the following Friday. They are not good at returning calls and only deliver on Fridays which does not work with my schedule so I got a refund on my items because between Big Lots and this delivery company both of them suck. Big lots could not have them deliver the items to the Carson City store which is a bit ridiculous.

To be honest I can only say that this company is truly an asset. Rick, Kathy, and Betty are your greatest asset and will bend over backwards to help you. I have been dealing with them for 2 years and they go out of their way to make sure things are done properly! Their customer service is exceptional. They make sure you know that you matter!

Horrible to get a hold of. Gave me wrong number in the voicemail. Nice when they actually deliver but the rude lady on the phone and the amount of times I called and got no response or just excuses from them was too many.

If you are ever in need of an item delivered, please make sure it is not done by this horrible company Interwest. Ordered a bed online from Costco and this was their delivery company of choice. The first delivery message from Betty stated they would be delivering the next day in the middle of the day. When I called back to tell her I was working and needed a different day she asked me why I had not let them know this. Because this was the first time speaking with anyone at the company. Next I scheduled for a Saturday and they told me between 7:30 and 9:30 and I called and asked if it could be closer to 9:30am since I had another early morning appointment. This was a no way no how upset and indigent answer. I then rescheduled for a Tuesday as their last appointment of the day at around 4:30. I had made prior arrangements at work so was prepared to leave early. Each time I spoke with them they said they would call me know 30 minutes prior to delivery. I got a message that they were at my house and no one was home. I called right back and told the guy that I was at work and no one called. He told me I would just have to reschedule again. I called Costco and explained the problems I was having and that I would rather return the bed than deal with this delivery service. The customer service explained that they could not switch delivery services for me and that they were very sorry for the inconvenience. Then wicked witch Betty called again snarling and saying I needed to call them back confirming that I was refusing delivery. I would not call that women ever again to be brow beaten by her nasty interactions. I never refused delivery, the delivery company refused to deliver the bed to me in an amiable manner. Betty should not be allowed to deal with the public in any way, shape, or form. Costco should no longer contract with Interwest Delivery until they resolve their customer service issues.
