I was in the parking lot when my battery died suddenly. I was panicked because I didn't know what to do or where to go. Rachel from Instant Lube saw me crying in my car and came over to see if she can help. She pulled me in Bay 2 and checked my battery and told me by batter is 5 years old and completely dead. She walked with me over to O'Reilly's and I was able to purchase a battery which she carried back for me and installed she was very professional and extremely friendly and helpful she checked my fluids while I was waiting and noticed I was low on a couple of fluids so she filled them up for me. Thank you Rachel you're the best

Quick, reliable and staff is pretty informative. Never had issues when taking my vehicle here. Prices gone up, but in this economy it’s to be expected. Pretty reasonable prices. Definitely better than Jiffy Lube. Staff is friendly and professional. Able to stay in vehicle or stay in the lobby!

I normally don’t write reviews but this is the second time I’ve come here for an oil change and I always get the most respectful and informative service! My team both times have been primarily women and I feel so comfortable to ask questions. I’ve highly recommend this place to all my friends and they have had the same amazing service!

No place in Vegas to do oil change on RV 12ft tall. Had to change oil in parking lot at walmart.

Had Subaru Legacy serviced with oil/filter changed and same for air and cabin filters. Employees did a great and professional job, fast and efficient with tire pressure check, topped all the liquids and cleaned glass windows. Will definitely go back.
Special mention to Emily and Rachel. Both excellent assets to the business, thank you again.

I go here just for the convenience factor. It is pricey as I tend to spend close to $160 but it is fast and convenient. My last few visits, I don't talk to the staff as they aren't the most personable and they seem to look annoyed when they talk to me...maybe it's just me or they are having a bad day....who knows. 🤷🏻♀️

First time here and first oil change in my recently purchased car. Pricey but I will just be sounding old mentioning what an oil change used to cost. Friendly staff, speedy but thorough service! Places I used to go to almost always require an appointment these days, but I have a bouncy schedule with spontaneous time off, was convenient service and they clean your windows!
