Despite the theft of their land and resources, and being forcibly confined to a remote, desolate area, these people have endured. Built by the economically prosperous RSIC tribe for it's members, this rec center is simply the best. Basketball courts, gym, game room, library, and more. Huge public space makes it ideal for massive community celebrations, and sadly, funerals.
