I had a question about my taxes I'm filing online through H&R Block so I called the Disc location. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then hung up.
I called the Oddie location, they told me I have to pay for the premium service online to ask any questions while filing my taxes through H&R Block.
So I called the Prater location and I reached a really nice rep named Kathy (or Cathy) who stayed on the line with me and took the time to help me figure out what I was needing to know. I really appreciate it and will definitely recommend this location.
