“Didn't stay with them but a family member had and when I went to visit them, got kicked out the next day because of not being a registered visitor.
Anyways, rooms are beautiful, there's a 150 dollar deposit that has to be on a credit card.”
“Good experience getting a last minute room on a sold weekend. Alan at the front desk was running the hotel and worked very hard to quickly clean the room immediately after we booked it. Another property had canceled our reservation so we were grateful for the room they provided.”

“Had to come here since my truck being in the shop at the swift terminal which is a walk away. The room I came in the house keeping just finished cleaning my room and it smelled lovely. My phone didn't work but I spoke to Cameron and he was very accommodating and nice....between getting someone to see about it and extending my stay. There was also a microwave and fridge which is always a plus. There's a casino literally next door lol Oh.... they offer breakfast and the bed is freakin comfy.”

“A comfortable stay at a good price. Management is very responsive and friendly. I love that pets are free because we always travel with our 2 Yorkie babies. My only issue was that others don't clean up after their pet. If you have a dog and your dog poops, use the bags the motel provides to pick it up. My dogs should not be having to walk through other dog's poop! This is not the fault of the management, I just wish there were more oversight in making sure guests follow the pet policy. Especially again, since pets are being lowed to stay free.
Rooms: Rooms were comfortable and good size. I love that there are microwaves and refrigerators.”

“Everyone here is AMAZING!!!!!! Especially Sandy and the GM!!!!! Mom lived here for 11 years and last Friday she unfortunately passed away. Sandy was comforting, she was helpful and has a heart of gold. She made sure to get my moms dementia husband to taken care of until someone could come get him, she greeted me with open arms when I touched ground the next day in Sparks, she gave me access to my moms room, her keys, everything!!!!! Im so thankful for you Sandy!!! Ill never forget the kindness they bestowed upon my Mom and me!!! Xxxooo”

“Being away from Downtown Reno is refreshing. Great location, tucked into a side street, but easy to find from the highway. Rooms were nice but dated, service was on the spot with all our needs. Nice quant casino with bigger ones close enough here in Sparks. Food was great.”
