Caution!!!!!!!!! Make sure to get everything in writing and make sure to get all communications in writing text email something. They will say they called left voicemails anything to get out of their screw ups. Dropped the ball twice once leaving a vehicle with minimal coverage on a comercial account when all my vehicles had to have full coverage to be on job sites then vehicle got wrecked and i was left paying the bill and Jorge just blamed me and now my policy has been auto renewed and auto paid for years since 2018 and this year my policy was just gone canceled and i was given no notice so now im left to pay the dmv fines on multiple vehicles nice people but they are shady and will blame you for there screw ups there are better places for sure do up date after all the costing of money with dmv my registrations getting suspended good ol Jorge tells me he will call dmv and get it handled. So he would not response to email only calls i call he tells me im on my own that they arent perfect. What i want is for you to own up to your mistakes. Take responsibility. So i call dmv and no record of anyone contacting the dmv regarding any of my vehicles that are in question. I dont like liars and people that cant take responsibility for their actions if i could give zero stars i would
