I had gone through a nasty divorce lost all my tax documentation W-2s I had 4 years to file all at once a lot all at once I agree that's why I went to Hartmann & associates in late January I new it would take time had to get transcripts because of my loss of my W-2s I felt that I went to them early enough all things considered. Troy was assigned to my case he seemed like he was confident and very capable of doing my taxes. I explained to him in depth the complexity of my situation. To cut to the chase phone calls weren't returned numerous times remember this all started in late January now it's getting close to tax season. Next what happens is they complain to me it's tax season and they put me to the back of the line they put all the regulars in front of me taking more time to get my taxes done years 2014-2017 there was a lot of misunderstandings which I didn't expect from such a professional company I got my finished taxes in late June along with a bill that reflected premium pay for less than adequate work I wouldn't recommend Hartman and associates or Troy to anyone I would suggest using anybody but them I'm sorry I ever heard of Hartman and associates

Times are tough for everybody during this pandemic, but my husband and I have been so grateful for the dedicated service from Ralph Hartmann and his team. All the CDC guidelines were adhered to, so we felt really comfortable having tax issues worked on. We've been Hartmann and Associates customers for a number of years now, referred by a close friend who's been with them even longer, and have found their guidance quick, responsive, and best of all, accurate. It's been so helpful and reassuring to have this trusted resource, as our financial situation evolves in retirement. Ralph even helped us evaluate the investment plan put forward by our Vanguard Advisor!

My husband and I have used Hartmann for years. This year I needed ONE number from our taxman and he couldn't find the time to call me back with that number. Great customer service, huh? I had to contact the IRS to get the entire tax return from the previous year.
