“After striking out at the local Tractor Supply we thought we'd travel a bit further to Sparks to check this place out. Pretty nice ranch supply store, however, they too didn’t have the larger spring loaded ranch gate wheel we were looking for. Friendly staff.”

Special shout out to Vince in the plumbing department. He has been of great help for me over the phone to find a part that was compatible. I would say he went above the expectation for helping me find what I needed.”
“It's a Harbor Freight, so you know what you're going to get when you go. This is my favorite one because Reno's is just gross. The one in Sparks is better. Bigger, cleaner and with better service. Go there if you have the choice.”

“I come to this Lowe's often for different needs. It's in a very convenient location and the parking lot is very accessible even during busy seasons. Most experiences are excellent and we have zero issues. I usually wander around for the most part haha. I've purchased a washer and dryer from them on two separate occasions and both were priced well, delivery was smooth, and the items have worked well. I purchased flowers for a small garden last spring and they had such a lovely variety! I can't wait to buy more this year (I unfortunately let mine go in the middle of summer - oops)! Our only not-so great experience was last year when purchasing black-out blinds/rollers for our windows. We had issues with inconsistent measurements/cutting, but they were always quick to remedy the situation. Staff have always been kind and helpful when needed. My only complaint is the price of their Christmas decor during the holiday season - I love it all, but for the most part it seems very overpriced.”
“We came for a grill for my husband to get on Father’s Day. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to bring it home the same day bc that has happened at another store. With Mary’s help, we left with a Pitboss smoker. She was very informative with all there is to know about it. We also were helped by edmon and he was sooo cool! I hope I got his name right. Young guy with a good head in his shoulders. Very polite and professional and cool. He was very nice about loading the smoker on our truck. It was so smooth and easy. I am so glad we decided to stop at Lowe’s. Those two made the experience so easy and relaxing and we will for sure be back for any additions!”

“This review and rating is specifically for a customer service worker at Lowes, at Scheel's. Candy is her name and she is the friendliest person over the phone. I had a problem with an order and she followed through to the end to resolve this. Everybody else just tells you you'll get a call back, and then nothing. She completely took care of my issue because she gave a damn. Now Lowes does not get the same rating . I would complain here but I don't want it to reflect on Candy. She's to good to work there, seriously. And concerning Lowes itself, I think the other reviewers have already spoken. Thanks again Candy. Sincerely John X.”
