“I been working out in gyms for many years and this one so far is the best. The equipment is much better since the renovation, now there is less of wait when others are using it.
Like anything else, it's the people that make or break a place and people like Tina who work the front desk are awesome! She personally greets everyone who walks in and takes the time to talk with them whenever possible.”

“I dropped in for a week while passing through the area. This is a top notch box with an awesome community feel! I had 3 different coaches here and each one was encouraging, knowledgeable and supportive to everyone in the class and had great feedback on scaling workouts to the fitness level. The box is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the workouts were fun. Go check them out if you are passing through or if you live here and always wanted to try CrossFit!”
