My friend tried to talk to the manager about a bracelet she had just bought and only wore once. The bracelet broke after wearing it only 1 time. The sales associate told my friend that jewelry cannot be returned and brought the manager up to the counter and she did not even say hello or how can I help you, she looks at my friend and said "what." When my friend asked if she could return it or exchange it the manager said "no." No explanation or anything. My friend told her maybe that is something you should let your customers know that jewelry cannot be returned. The manager rolled her eyes and laughed as she walked away. This level of rudeness towards customers is unacceptable. I know the customer is not always right since I have worked in retail for 10 years, but her attitude is despicable. Guess... Don't be sorry, BE BETTER.

The staff here were NOT very helpful AT ALL and took dialect for me from my x DI which resumed in prejudice , then instead of trying to compromise and make a sale by taking boots off a mannequin which these boots were on clearance refused to in order to make a sale and when I asked what they did when they take them off the mannequin she said put them on the floor for sale!!! So why not sell them now?!!! Then when inquiring about this I asked a girl in the back she said she didn’t know n I had to go ask myself when she had a microphone n earpiece for communications to ask and if asked if she could just ask since she worked there , and when I asked her position title said she was even a manager!!!! Being in customer service myself I will go out if my way to help someone Especially when I’m in a top tier position and to accommodate the custom er to ensure they have a good experience and come back … let alone that’s my reputation on the line and shows my integrity and my work ethic with the company I’m representing as a front line employee!!! I’m starting to never want to shop this company again , the products aren’t always great quality I’ve had boots fall apart at the sole a purse fall apart I bought in Vegas store after just a month and paying $300 for it and my pants come apart at the seems .. I’m seriously disgusted with my experiences at this point

Workers are super rude and act like everyone is stealing. We were followed around. Also, if you have a stroller don’t even go in they will target you the most. Can’t even shop in peace

My sister and I were there a few days ago on vacation. There were only about a total of 4 customers and after shopping for over 30 mins and picking out clothes we found out they wouldn't open the dressing room. They said there weren't enough employees to cover the floor. We threw our clothes piles down and left!!! Wasted time!!

I am giving -1 Star due to very poor customer service. I've been a loyal Guess member for years!. Today, I went to this location and was trying to find my right size of jeans. I had to pull multiple sizes to find the right size since their "FITTING ROOMS are closed". Staff came to me and said "I AM MESSING UP THE DISPLAY"!! Seriously? How do you expect your customer to find their jeans without pulling from the stack? I was not even done looking at my right size?

My aunt and I went here a month ago. I purchased two the same items and price tag for extra 30% but when she rang up the 2 items. Both are different price So I told the girl to cancel 1 of the item that has different price but She refused and she said "it's already final sale I can't cancel it" and I told her the item and the price tag is the same so how come it's a different price. This girl have a rude behavior. My aunt bought a bunch of items and then she put it all together in 1 bag and its already torn and my aunt is asking for extra bag but she said they're not giving extra bag. My god! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! This deserved a 0 star!

Store and staff are nice. Not thrilled we couldn't try anything on due to the dressing rooms being closed. Makes it hard to shop if I may have to go back to exchange things that don't fit.

Bad customer service. Every single time, it's the same. The people they hire to work at this store are rude and do not help at all. The fitting rooms have never been available, even before the pandemic. The employees stare and follow you around, but not to help. I love the clothes from Guess, but I rather shop elsewhere. Please, hire people that are friendly and and that can give good customer service, so that I can continue to shop in person and not have to shop online.
