Worst customer service apply for auto loan 2 weeks ago send them everything they ask never call me back and when I call for update they give me all kind of excuses if your buying private party car for get it I been in car sales for 18 year never had this kind of customer service is like they don’t want to make money I been a member for a while with another car loan but will never used them for a car loan there many choices the manager should really look I. To this I wasted and they wasted more of our time back and forth with and still not anwser I will be happy to share the interaction on the phone with them president of the company should be made aware of this asap

Not looking good so far. I have my auto loan through them. And when I first got it a rep told me not to pay even 1 day early because it will go onto the previous months payment and could cause a non payment problem. Then I applied for a credit card an got approved but it's been hoops of paperwork which is fine but then... still no credit card. I call about it today just to get some sassy little call taker with a bad attitude and no customer service skills! Didn't catch her name because she hung up on me. Nice!

Nevada day is ONE day..why are you closed for TWO? Whats Next being closed a week for Christmas? I have been with Great Basin for a few years...I can't run my business when I can't deposit checks..this is not good for business.

UPDATE: changed my rating from 1 STAR to 4 thanks to the nice and expedient response from the manager (see below). Thanks, Elisabeth. Way to change an unfortunate experience into a plus! ORIGINAL: Went in to break down two $50 bills. Teller said she can't do that if we don't have an account with them. Mind you, this is a bank? But we were fine. Went to a grocery store and did it ... apparently, Great Basin Federal Credit Union can't handle monetary transactions. Glad we bank at an institution that can.

Disappointing service from all members of the branch, setting an appointment was difficult number 1. Number 2, all members of the branch were low key and lazy. I have had an account here before. I went in to set up an account today and was told my account had previous balances with two others banks that needed to be cleared. The balances they found were settled before I had opened my account with this bank 2 years ago. John was lazy, short tempered, didn't offer me water, a seat, didn't even say goodbye when I left. I think offering clients water is something banks should do. I get that from car dealership when I go in for service. Handing over thousands of dollars was no big deal to John and I'm very disappointed because I really like the look of the bank, the logo, the location, the marketing, I feel very comfortable here, but the employees make the company who they are and on two trips over the last two days none of them were excited to show up to work. I'm going to take my $$$$ and look for the services of interested difference makers in their community, not just people showing up for a check and the title of working at a bank. Number 3, $2,500 daily withdraw limit is a joke. All in all I get we've been in a pandemic, but Amanda was short with me years ago, also. Life is too short. Anything lost can be found again. Except for time wasted.

If I could give zero stars I would. There ATM stole my money and wouldn't give me my cash back and the people in the store refused to fix it. Very rude and unprofessional
