Vinyl business lettering was peeling off our car within a month. (Car was clean at drop off and was cared for after pickup.) We spent $600 for this.Before it started peeling off, we went in to get a quote to wrap the small chrome strip above the driver's windows. We were quoted $580 with a month wait. Muscle Wraps did the job for $150 the same week.Really disappointed at the money spent on the lettering. Beautifully designed but it only looks good if it stays on the vehicle...

I highly recommend Grafics Unlimited. They exceeded my expectations by fitting a work truck into a tight time frame with ease. This was our first time doing a car wrap and though I'm super OCD about details and was very particular about the quality of install, Grafics did a GREAT job to address my questions and provide an install that met my expectations!Throughout the process I made several calls (and sent emails) and was always met with a cordial reception (Melissa) and professional response (Greg) that confirmed I had chosen the right team for my first ever install.If you are, or have ever been a part of, a small business then you will appreciate how far this group is willing to go in order to make sure the job is done to the customer's satisfaction!In the words of Arnold.....I'll be back!!!

They never got rid of the rude receptionist. She’s still there. I always got that vibe from her too. I called to inquire about an order and was answered with, “didn’t you just place this order two days ago?”A question answered with a question. Great customer service.“Yes. Your sign rep. said he could get it done in that time frame. That’s why I’m calling.” The owner did call me back, and came through with getting me the order at the end of that day.Went to pick up the order and she couldn’t even look up when i walked through the door because she was on her cell phone. After i told her what i was there for she gave me a horrid look, and it went downhill from there. I guess she was bent about me being upset with her phone etiquette. Any way. Went back to our old sign place, which is a little more of a drive; but they’re very nice and professional.

Ben and the crew at Grafics Unlimited consistently produce incredible work. Despite the challenges posed by our trucks and wraps, they manage to achieve outstanding results every time. So work was great initially. But after about a week the door edge protection I got started to peel at bottom. Got the car ceramic coated so they removed the door edge protection to find out there is a permanent razor cut along the edge of my door that even after a polish is noticeable. Lazy work. Would not return.

My Subaru Crosstrek was expertly wrapped by the crew at Grafics Unlimited. This vinyl was a beautiful dark blue-black, with metallic sparkles in the sunlight. It looks beautiful and they did an excellent job with the complicated front bumper.The customer service is top notch, especially considering the local business demand.
