“Bought a 1500 dollar bedroom set from here in late 2023 and had a couple issues with the dresser drawers, once addressed, Home Express immediately scheduled an appointment to fix this issue!! Technicians came out and hauled the old one out and replaced with a brand new one! They took the time to ask me if there was any other issues they could resolve! 5 Stars for great customer service and satisfaction, you guys are great!!”
“Tim was great, he worked with us to find the bedroom set we really wanted and even did his best to price match to an online price I found. I was a bit worried since I couldn’t see it in person and am usually quite picky with my style. The set came in quick and he was quick to deliver it to our house even with all the ice we had. Everything in the set was in perfect condition and I would definitely purchase from him again. We love it!”

“Absolutely fantastic experience at Reno Outdoor Living in Sparks! We walked in hoping to find a specific barbecue grill, and they had exactly what we were looking for. What truly set this place apart were the owners themselves. Both were present, incredibly helpful, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and functions of the grill we were interested in, which was a huge plus. Even better, the grill was already assembled – a major convenience!
We purchased the grill on a Saturday May 10, anticipating a Wednesday delivery. Imagine our delight when they went above and beyond and squeezed us into their delivery schedule for the very same Saturday! The delivery was seamless, and they arrived with the grill fully assembled as promised. To top it all off, they even helped us turn on all the burners to ensure everything was working perfectly before they left.

“Of the two targets in the Reno area, I would say this one is more clean?? I don't know, it's a department store that isn't Walmart, you get what you get. I will say, the parking lot is the sleep paralysis monster you see when you wake up from the nightmare that is trying to navigate the roundabout that few people are mentally equipped to use.”

“My husband and I went in and spoke with Patrick about a twin mattress for my 82-year-old veteran friend. He was amazing! I told him I would bring my friend back but when I brought my friend friend back his shift was over and he was gone. The young girl that helped us purchase a mattress after my friend chose one, a twin, she was very helpful also. We bought a twin and it will be delivered in 2 days. I would always go back to the store because they were very helpful. I recommend that you go there.”
