They suck, they’re rude. And lied about fixing issues with the vehicle I purchased they had my car for five weeks in total my car came back each time with different issues. They cleared my engine code and proceeded to lie about it. DO NOT BUY CARS FROM HERE. You’ll end up stuck on the side of the road as me and my 3 children did Friday night.

I Bought an 2005 subaru outback here and they lied to me about the condition of the car and sold me a car that has so many problems. They erased the car check engine light just so they could sell it. So disappointed and upsetting. Just go elsewhere,not here. Do not trust this place people.

I got did dirty at metro motors! The salesman is a liar and crook. He knew he was selling me a hunk of junk! They knew the check engine light was on but they reset it and sold it anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!!! Thanks metro pos motors!

Originally I had posted a review that wasn't favorable. However, after speaking to someone, I have upgraded my original post. They now deserve 4 stars. They got my vehicle squared away and it runs great!. Ok so I have a long story to tell but in a nutshell: picked up car, ran great until I tried to merge on freeway and a loud clunk happened when I tried to accelerate. It died on me as I got into traffic. Pulled over, called Freeport up, they sent 2 mechanics. Couldn't fix it so they took me to work, towed my car to the shop and fixed the distributor. I picked it up today, with no charge and this time I can say it's running perfectly. They went from 1 star to 4 stars to 5 stars from me. Thank you Freeport for being a genuinely caring dealership. You don't see that kind of consideration in dealers very often.

We had a great experience purchasing our Fusion from Metro Motors. The team at Metro does not have the typical sales vibe going on, instead they are professional while being very personable. Jose was very helpful in recommending the perfect vehicle. Both Jose and Terry were patient in discussing pricing and gave us an awesome deal.
