Forever 21 needs to work on putting locks on their dressing room doors or not let people wander in without being led in by an employee. I had someone walk in on me in the fitting room while someone laughed from the outside which the only thing I could think of was the employee that gives you the number to the fitting room. I appreciate the manager or supervisor giving me a discount to make it better but it doesn’t take away the embarrassment I went through.

I feel terrible because I don't remember her name but the manager/supervisor with short dark hair is an absolute angel. I was there on a busy Saturday wandering around. I'm sure it was obvious I was uncomfortable & overwhelmed. She asked if I needed help & at first I said I was fine because I didn't expect her to care. But I changed my mind & asked for help. She spoke to me like she knew me for years. She was so kind & helpful I couldn't believe it. I know the bar is low but I truly appreciate her taking those 5-10 minutes to help me. Most point in a direction & say "over there" but she actually walked me all around suggesting different things. & she didn't rush off, she waited till I felt helped. It made a really stressful day for me a little bit better Thank you!

Went with lady friend, we'll put together store, clean nicely kept. Clerks were friendly.

Waiting for my girlfriend by the fitting rooms and there’s no seating anywhere so I grabbed a seat on a wooden box and one of the employees was super rude and said you cannot be sitting there and told me to get out of the store

My wife absolutely loves this store. We have 6 kids and this store meets the needs of the wife down to our daughters. Great prices as well. Definitely a stop

I don't know why I even shop here anymore. Their clothes are tacky most of the time and I haven't bought anything in a while from them. Had to write a review because management didn't come up with a resolution to my issue due to their stupid final sale policy. Their cheap af clothes ripped on me and cut my fingers so obviously I'm gonna bring that back. They didn't do anything for me and I know they're able to override the system because another store has helped me with a sizing issue before. I don't recommend this store in general and definitely not this location it's so beyond wack.

So ticked to find out this store has plus sizes. A bit hard to find, though, and not as much size selection as there could be for as gigantic as this store is. Still, I got bike shorts to wear under dresses this summer and even found a pair of jeans. One. But one is better than none.

The employees there were not friendly...the manager was just staring at me with this weird look. I guess I'm used to working at places where we greet customers with a friendly smile.. Do better

Okay, I am not a customer, but my family is... Quality/Quantity - Good, especially for what you get. Good values. Atmosphere - This place is HUGE, I have never been to a Forever 21 this large, not that I go often... They even have a men's section near the fitting room, just follow the signs. That is pretty smart, as many men are forced to wait for their wife, girlfriends or daughters to try on their many outfits. We might actually find something we like. Additionally, this store is very clean and organized, everything was folded or hung nice and neat. Service - Good. Price - Great value. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1984 as Fashion 21. 2019 - Filed chapter 11 bankruptcy protection 2020 - New owners
