Great place to get a car wash. The owner is very kind and courteous, a great guy. I highly recommend this place. No complaints about the establishment whatsoever. Though, it'd be nice if people actually threw away their trash. This man is kind enough to offer free vaccumes and yet some people can't, or should I say won't, even bother to get their garbage IN the bin. I highly recommend this place, just please be polite. He doesn't have to offer what he does. Hands down the best car wash in Reno in my opinion.

Much improved. From 1 star a few years ago to 5 stars now. Cleaner and equipment functions properly. There is a gentleman on site cleaning and taking care of the car wash.

I came through with a 30 foot Rv. Plenty of room but the man working was nice enough to guide me in and stop a few cars while directing me out. Thanks a bunch

Update for the owner. Thank you for your quick response. As a business owner of 2 business I can appreciate you wanting to resolve issues. I did put 2 bags in the trash area pointed out by your manager. Yes, one was very heavy. At that point your attendant came to me asking "what the hell is in that bag?!". I told him I didn't know because I had rented out my RV. He looked at it and said it was my burner tarp. I immediately apologized and told him I would take it back. He then started making rude comments, So much so that after he brought the bag back, another customer came over to help me load it. He told me that he didn't know why the attendant didn't just ask me to wash it off down the bay drain like he had done. Apparently this was such an issue to the attendant that he brought it up as defense for his rude behavior. Also, the hose was not tangled up in my ladder. My windows were rolled down. I had no radio on. I did not start moving causing your attendant to "jump out of the way". Finally... " the manner in which tried to avoid damage to our equipment made you uncomfortable and leaving feeling upset." ??!! Your attendant was verbally abusive. It is obvious that he was angry because I tried to put a bag of garbage in the garbage area that was very heavy. He assumed I was lying to him about knowing the contents and said as much. I have a rental business where I rent vehicle both cars and RV's. It's a small business and I do all the cleaning and prep by myself. This was my first time with a burning man rental. I definitely have learned a lesson for next year.I do not want a refund because I was able to do what I needed to do. I needed a service and you provided that service. It is very apparent by your response that this treatment by your attendant is something you condone, so I will choose a different facility next time. Thank you for your time and good luck in the future.************I wish I could give less than 1 star. And judging from many reviews I've read, I am not alone. The caretaker/ owner? is the most miserable, angry, hate filled person I have ever witnessed. As I was exiting the wash area, I was barely moving. I literally had my foot on the break and creeping along. I could hear him yelling "SLOW DOWN" and then screaming it. I was going so slow, I couldn't imagine that he was yelling at me. As I was looking in my mirror to see if he was yelling at me, the side of my RV lightly... and I mean barely brushed the vacuum hose that had been left hanging down by someone else. I immediately stopped to make sure I hadn't damaged anything. At that point, he walked over and put the vacuum hose where it should've been in the first place and then decided that he needed to call me an ASSHOLE and DUMB BITCH. At that point, I got out of my RV, and walked over to him. I told him that I was very sorry. He just continued yelling. I politely told him that I was sorry I upset him and that I didn't intentionally try to make him angry, but there was no reason for him to be yelling and name calling. He told me that I shouldn't be driving an RV and to get the hell out. Nothing I said was going to matter so I just left. I don't expect this to change anything. This old man appears to be the owner so I doubt anything will come of this. But I would like to say that I hope this man eventually finds some peace and joy in his life because all his actions show is that he is truly miserable, and that is a very sad existence.

Don't go unless you're willing to risk needing new tires. Tons of screws in the wash bay dangerously close to ruining the tires.Simply put. (Look at the pictures)I drive into the wash bay and took one step out before deciding to leave.I even took a walk around the rest of the parking lot to make sure there are no screws or nails on my way out.The trash was everywhere too.

Too expensive for the amount of time you get and the vacuums that are working do not have a lot of suction power.

DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD HERE!!!!! I was charged $25 for a 5 min wash after I hit the STOP button. This is the 2nd time this has happened and Luckily my bank disputed the charge but I’m wondering if the site manager is letting this happen so he can collect more than he should. Property is always crawling with abandoned RVs and homeless people beg for money while you’re washing your car. Trash may as well be thrown on the ground cus the trash cans are always full and the property is dirty and unkept. Even if you hit the stop button after your done with your wash, it’ll still charge you minimum $25.** Thank you for the quick response and you should get in touch with the owner of the wave car wash, his card readers don’t take $25 for a hold so you should take a page from his book. Maybe you should put up signs in the wash stalls that states if using a credit/debit card that you’ll be charged $25 immediately but you’ll get it back within 2-3 days but I could imagine that business would be lost if you were honest with the public

Always available, all the time, clean, working, and easy to get to. As long as you don't mind washing your vehicle yourself. Best in evening or early before it gets too warm outside. Great place.
