Personal training here is not like other gyms. These guys do all kinds of moves that will challenge you and make you better. They know how to help you with your diet. If your interested in a long term solution for a better life this is a great group to hang with.

This place is the best gym I have ever been to. The husband and wife owners are expert trainers with a fun atmosphere. I actually enjoy my work outs. I would recommend the fitness factory to anyone who is looking for the personnel training experience with great results. Love this place!!
