You get a lot of value for your money at this facility. The proportion of cardio equipment on the second floor provides good variety of elliptical, treadmill, rowing, stair steppers, cycling equipment as a benefit, because there is almost always, no wait time to use the machines. You have 2 large studios for stretching, quiet individual exercise space & substantial calisthenics & aerobic training equipment. The aquatics, shower facilities and locker rooms are great for convenience and gear storage. Group aerobic class instructors are way motivating and talented at keeping the classes interesting and engaging. To get a solid routine going and to improve nutrition and reach fitness goals, the personal trainers are another great resource by appointment. I've been a member for over 4 years and I highly recommend you check this gym out!

raising my review to two stars from one star My issue is that the locker room tvs show cable news. No one likes cable news, and we go to the gym to get away from reality not to be reminded of it in our most personal and intimate moments when we're changing our clothes (it feels invasive to have anderson cooper staring at me while im getting changed). The gym used to show ESPN in the locker room. They should just go back to that, animal planet, or better yet - why do we even need to watch TV when we're getting out of the shower? The TVs have been shut off again in the locker room. I hope it stays that way, or, if the inclination to turn them on again comes, please just put on ESPN, music tv, animal planet, or even infomercials. Cable news - any of the channels (fox, cnn, etc), is a bad choice. If the TV stays off I will probably raise my star rating in a few months.

Some equipment in poor repair. Needs more attention. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Members are very nice too. Every age is well represented at this gym. My only complaint is they turn off ALL the lights 15 to 20 minutes before closing, forcing those upstairs to walk down the dark-colored stairs in almost complete darkness. Very dangerous and just asking for a FALL LAWSUIT. I'm a personal injury attorney and I'd lay strong odds their lawsuit will be coming due to this negligent practice. I'd suggest just flipping the lights off and on 15 minutes before closing and again at 5 minutes and/or making an announcement. Those of us who work out late well know gym closing time, so this is an unnecessary and juvenile practice. Otherwise the gym is terrific.

The gym and the managers are amazing but there's some swim snobs especially the 5am -8 am crew that swims in the morning. I can speak on this because I was swimming there 8-10 hours a week. Theres a hidden underlying weirdness thats going on and if you aren't a part of the click you can definitely feel it. I am a long distance swimmer so I never needed to be part of the click. This is such a beautiful pool and location but most of the people who swim it have very ugly attitudes. i Hope management keeps an eye on that morning click and how they try to make people feel unwelcome when they are Fitness Connection members like everyone else. They hold lanes for each other and there's a couple ladies in the morning who think they can control the swimming pool. There's also a man there at 5 am who will do anything just to belong. He'd be willing to keep you out of the lane so he can hold it until his friends show up. This was the most strange group that I have swam with so far. There's a few very nice people as well who are great swimmers using this pool, but beware of the mean ones who feel they are privileged. I don't care what you'v seen in the past the fact if the matter is, I swam longer than all of you when I was there So I Can Speak On It. They display this behavior on the down low like any other dysfunctional behavior so they will do anything to keep there click and snobbish behavior under the radar. Obviously they rather hide. I will miss this pool and I created phenomenal content while swimming here. I was doing 2 hour swims 4-5 days a week so I was in there a lot

I love this gym. It can get packed sometimes but it's a good place. You don't feel super overwhelmed by body builders and fitness models running around everywhere.

Great place if you're not a morning person. 5am start time has made me cancel my membership. I'm not going after work. Pool is never accessible because of 50 year olds doing 2 hours of laps. The sauna door was shot for 3 months. Took almost every bike out minus 3. Just not an actual all around gym.

Well this gym used to be really good years ago. Now it is more geared towards men who want to build strength not for people who want to lose weight. No treadmills either

It’s ok, the gym can have some very rude people unintentionally, the basketball court is very humid and hot in there. There was a fight in there last time I went. But still decent.

We joined this gym because it's fairly close to home and it has a pool. It has lots of equipment! This place is big! The staff has been friendly. I always see somebody sweeping/mopping the floors and doing other cleaning. Overall, the place is showing its age, but this does not deter us from getting the work outs we want. $10/month per person? It couldn't be any cheaper! We will stick with this gym.

this place is terrible, I went in person to cancel membership in March and noticed in october I was still being charged, I canceled thru phone, additional 25$ fee to end membership early (the email I received said membership effective date ended on 11/30/23) so why did I see a charge AGAIN on the 1st of December???? this place is a joke they never mentioned a yearly contract when i was signing up either. Extremely dissapointed.

Get what you pay for, staff are always super friendly. Rules aren't really followed with people bringing bags and chalk but not the end of the world. Only gripe is weekend hours especially sundays, used to be a 24 hour gym now it doesn't open until 10 on sundays. Have the hours be the same as mon-fri and I bet you would see an uptick in members using the gym.

I've been coming here for 8 months now and I'm still loving it! I enjoy the classes and all the equipment. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. It could be a bit cleaner, but I think they're short staffed at the moment.

Join up here and have to find out they don't open till 10am on Sundays. What a joke of a gym. Come on man step up game up. Y'all should be open at 0700. It cost nothing but a Sunday for us grinders. This is disappointing and will make me leave and go to crunch. Pathetic management here.

Your guises place has been good to me. It's always helpful and the staff is friendly once again my only concern with you is your hours but that's OK. Facility has plenty of workout opportunities. Well done.
