Horrible. How can you loose a bed frame unless it’s delivered to the wrong address. Shipper sent another it’s been in this place and never wants to get delivered always on truck but never gets delivered. how hard is it??? We’ve been waiting almost a month and a half to get this package to be delivered and still not delivered says on truck but never gets to my house, how hard is it to make your deliveries on your truck? absolutely horrible. Get with it FedEx!

Fedex just delivered my package to the wrong house AND instead of checking the address, he just told the people to open my package. Dude didn’t care, my neighbor told me that the delivery man told them they could open my package and said he contacted his manager about it. DISGUSTING. Goodness fedex, do better, stop being lazy.

Quick and knowledgeable clean environment. But I took care of my shipping without any problems whatsoever and even offered to help me carry stuff in from the car.

Keegan was hopping busy! Still he managed to fit me in knowing I had a flight to catch. I'm sorry to make his life more complicated this morning but I sure appreciate it! Place was clean and organized. Have been there for the copiers and that was great for printing out my documents. Any snafus the staff were right there to help. In a time when everyone is understaffed, these folks are working double time to serve everyone. Phone rings off the hook also! Only one person today to do it all.

Oh. Unbelievable experience this morning. They kinda wanted BLOOD. HAIR A GOOD AMOUNT OF DNA. I'd be willing to give the DNA to the CEO If She asked nicely. But I wanted to ship a gift. Got nothing but some Books. And had to go up the road. To ship my gift. The Guy working there gets 5 stars. For doing a great job. And putting up the the BIG SHOTS BS. I'd like to see FEDEX. FEDGONE. they don't even back a girl working her A$$ off. And had a mutual combat of words with a customer has she's trying to do deliveries. I'd like to see the CEO and all the big shots background about that kind of thing. They must be perfect. The guy that works over here. He probably be much happier working over there at the other place up the road. I think it's called OfficeMax or Office Depot or some s#%T CEO seems to want to make life as hard as possible for the ( little nothings ). Doing all the actual work. Hope you save some money. At the top. A GIANT PILE OF PAPER COLOR GREEN. Below it anyone way you like.

I am sorry I don't remember his name but the person who helped us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about packing and shipping. There was no one else really in the store but he was super friendly and will definetly use this place next time I need printing or shipping.

Trevino really impressed me with his knowledge, speed, and helpfulness. A real pro. Super impressed with this fedex locations staff and services. Good pricing as well. Highly recommend, will be back again.
