One of my favorite locations because there's usually no line and the staff is professional and courteous. This location is smaller than the other standalone locations, however, it still has everything you need in a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, including workstations if you need a space to use your laptop, etc. I've used a workstation several times and it's met my needs - there is a bottle of hand sanitizer, cube of outlets if you need to plug in a laptop or other device, and a printer for your printing needs. Of course, if you need to fax something or have a print job, shipping and packing, etc., you have to go to the counter. Another thing I like about this location is that its supplies are usually stocked up, so I am able to grab what I need when I leave the store. My line of work requires that I use the padded paks with the pouch for the shipping label, and this is the only location that almost always (98% of the time) has those available (and I've been to the other area FedEx Office Print & Ship Centers on a regular basis, so I do know). I understand that this may not be important to most people, but it is for me in my line of work, so I appreciate it!

Why do your hours say you're open from 9am until 7pm if you're going to close at 6:45? Drove almost 20 miles, arrived at 6:50 just for the store to be closed. Was submitting this review at 6:57 and the employee walked past me in the parking lot. Great service!! Thanks for nothing...

Keegan was hopping busy! Still he managed to fit me in knowing I had a flight to catch. I'm sorry to make his life more complicated this morning but I sure appreciate it! Place was clean and organized. Have been there for the copiers and that was great for printing out my documents. Any snafus the staff were right there to help. In a time when everyone is understaffed, these folks are working double time to serve everyone. Phone rings off the hook also! Only one person today to do it all.

I would give them less stars if I was able. I needed copies and was treated in such a shabby manner that I left and went to UPS where I was treated with respect

Would be zero I'm not complaining on this store just fedex in general how are you people still open with all these orders being delayed and lost and sometimes never seen again. If your employees actually knew how to read correctly maybe I would've had my order in time but here we are 5 days after and I get a update saying my address is wrong, trust me my address is correct I triple check every time before even going to the next step. This is all due to negligence get better workers

I am embarrassed to say that I reviewed the wrong location. And we're sauce the two people that work at this location are incredibly frustrating. I have gone twice now and my partner has called three times and every single time it has the same experience. Almost complete lack of acknowledgment and it seems like we're bothering them more than anything. One time my husband waited over 15 minutes because someone was using the computer there was nobody else in the store and the staff member had clearly seen the person using the computer 15 minutes go by and my husband asked if he could use a different computer The staff member then proceeds to tell what appears to be now her daughter /friend/coworker to get off the computer and the daughter goes back behind the desk. 15 minutes went by of this person using a computer and not even being a customer. If you know exactly what you need and don't really care for kind customer service that this is a place for you but if you might possibly have a question or or just a fan of friendly service I would recommend you go elsewhere.

A lady named Mary was the one who helped me. Spent $160 mailing 2 boxes to California via ground. Spent 40 for the box and packing of 7 gifts, 200 total. They do not package in front of you, instead charge you and set the boxes behind them all scattered and move on to the next person. I asked Mary could I please add insurance. She prints reciept and I ask is the insurance on here and she said oops nope, too late. I ask can I watch you package them up and add tape (I brought my own) she said nope, I appreciate the sentiment but we got it. I was right to be worried. I just recieved a message from some hub worker asking if an unwrapped damaged gift was mine. It somehow fell out of the box she supposedly packaged so well, and is sitting somewhere lost. I have no way of finding where this gift is or how many others fell out. Package has yet to be delivered. Do NOT trust these people. How did one large gift the size of a shirt box fall out of a big box and it's still moving??? I highly recommend you avoid this fedex location at all cost. When I went to ask for help locating this special gift she just shrugs shoulders and says I cant help you. You need to file a claim online. Yea a claim for a box that you neglected to add the requested insurance on. Horrible customer service and this package made it 20 miles before falling apart. They are supposed to be professionals. Ruined my dads Christmas gifts.

This place offers 5 star service. I went there twice in the same day, and always received quick, courteous service. I sent out Christmas packages and made copies in less that 10 minutes. And my boxes arrived to their destination on schedule, in perfect condition. Also, considering the weights and distance, FedEx did an outstanding job at a fair price. I couldn't have had a better mailing experience. Thank you!

I've had issues with this place twice now. 1. I went to print items and the machine was having issues (wasn't printing the information on my documents). One of the girls (white girl with glasses was nice enough to help me). 2. I walk in 10 min before close (my fault) and an African American girl with curly hair asked what i was in for and i said, "to print and fax." She didn't reply. I went to print the documents and the machine was having issues again (kept printing the documents at posters instead of 8x11 letter). She came and told me how to fix and charged me again. Fine, I'll take the hit for .65 cents. Then I head over to the fax machine and at 6:00pm, then she says, "everything turns off at 6. Sorry." I'm like.. you couldn't tell me that when I walked in?!When you knew what i was there for!! Rude. I was pissed, and so was the other woman that was in there trying to send out documents as well. Feel as though maybe some people should learn customer service. Sorry not sorry. (Btw: I'm not racists when I describe color, I'm being descriptive. I feel I need to clarify that for some people)

I cane to drop off a box and unfortunately i have medical reasons i can't wear a face mask. So thank you for making me feel like an outcast and not welcome. Not only did she report it to the entire store i was respecting the "social distancing" policy! It's not a law to wear a face mask! Disappointed and disgusted by this inappropriate behavior! I've also been to this location previously and have not been told anything without wearing a face mask sooooo must be the young employ that doesn't know the laws or was improperly trained. I will be speaking to a manager and i will update this post.
