Good experience getting a last minute room on a sold weekend. Alan at the front desk was running the hotel and worked very hard to quickly clean the room immediately after we booked it. Another property had canceled our reservation so we were grateful for the room they provided.

Well, it's a fairfield. There was a onsie hanging in the closet area indicating how well the cleaning staff does. It was a room in a lower-mid tier hotel.

We have been using their conference rooms for a couple of years now. With great consistency, the room is clean, well stocked, and ready for us. The staff is very pleasant and welcoming.And in the unfortunate event you make a huge mess right at their front entrance, they are nothing but patient and kind. Thank you so much!!

Absolute best customer service from a hotel yet. Beautiful room with a huge jacuzzi bath tub and the room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the General Manager in her red jacket was the absolute kindest! Would recommend a 100 times over!!

I stay in lots of Marriott properties (Platinum Elite status), including Fairfield Inns, and this is the worst one I can recall, sadly. The rooms are extraordinarily small, the one I’m in has a bathroom with rusted drains and a cracked fiberglass tub, and it doesn’t smell good. The website claims the rooms have been renovated but the site must be outdated. I requested a room change 2 minutes after I entered the room and the front desk said they would need to charge me an additional night as they would need to book a new room and couldn’t cancel my existing reservation. The front desk staff must be inadequately trained as that’s obviously a mistake by someone who doesn’t know how to do their job. I am here for a short one-night stay and don’t have the time or energy to work further on a room change. Compared to the many other Fairfield Inns I’ve been in, this is the worst, and is just way below the quality of the brand I am used to.

I would give more stars if I could. Sheryl the GM was great. I watched her greet guest after guest this morning. She was kind and asking about their stay and showing great service to each guest.Her energy was awesome to watch. This Fairfield location is a must stay location.Rooms: Separate living room from bedroom with TV in each. The living room helps block any noise from the hall.

-Read the whole thing-The rooms are ok and on par with any other Fairfield inn I've stayed in. Everything was clean and comfy like I'd expect for a room in that price range..-But- the service is top notch 5 stars ? Sharyl, the wonderful lady in red managing this place, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and did a wonderfull job sorting through a billing issue with CLC. Service is what sets a place apart for me, and I will certainly stay again ?Sharyl, I hope you see all these good reviews people leave about you.You rock, sunshine ?Food & drinks: McDonald's and Del Taco right next door.

I made a reservation for 2 days. Unfortunately I got called into work. And this hotel wouldn't refund me for the second day not used. I will never stay at this hotel again

Rooms: Rooms were kept up and in good order.Safety: Are seemed quiet and safe.Food & drinks: Breakfast is served in the morning. Also Located near several fast food options (Del Taco, Mc Donald’s, Wendy’s)Noteworthy details: Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I have stayed in many a Marriott property and although this property is about 10 minute away from the Reno action, it’s very near the freeway and tons of shopping and eating - a real value for the price.I would also like to make a special mention of their General Manager (Sheryl), if you’d ever like to truly feel special and welcome Sheryl is your girl …. Great place for families with pets. Sheryl the gen manager was so welcoming and helpful. Told us about the Sparks Marine park which has an off leash dog park. Great breakfast and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stop here again.

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, easy parking, easy access to the highway. Breakfast is fair, typical scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, and cold cereals. Would stay here again.
