It’s been almost a month of getting the run around about a package I tried to send out that never arrived at its destination. After two weeks of it not arriving I called and was told that it came back because the label was ripped off so they couldn’t read where it was going. It was supposedly sent out again and I was told I would be getting a tracking number. A week later when I called for the tracking number I was told it was misplaced and she would call back with it . Never received a call back and honestly gave up after that. I don’t think my package ever left when I first sent it out. I’ll never use anything other than the postal office again…

A month a go I went to this place to send a package thru Fedex. Package is lost. Fedex keeps saying they never got it so it means this place never gave it to fedex. I filed a claim with fedex which is useless if this place doesn't support the claim or call fedex and she keeps saying she'll do it and she doesn't. After a month I just gave up and accepted my loss. (About $1,700 plus 10 trips to the store and 20 Phone calls). I feel very frustrated and I think people like this shouldn't have a bussines license. I should probably go to the small claims court. My only mistake was not to check the google reviews before I went because apparently I'm not their first victim.

I really am grateful for this place. I send a lot of packages to my family. This place is right around the corner. It's SUPER convenient. They offer UPS, FedEx, and USPS rates. You can come there with just the item your sending and she provides the boxes, envelopes, and tape (for a price). I feel like the post office is so busy and people are rushing you along and this place is a great alternative. They have never lost a package. Once I even used over night shipping and they sent it in two days instead of one and I was able to get my refund. They are fair they get the job done. All your mail needs met without the anxiety.

This business says it opens at 9:30, it is almost 10:00 and nobody is inside. I’ve seen three different people walk up to the door and try to go in. If you can’t make it to your business on time change your business hours. Some people don’t have time to just sit here and wait to see if the employees even gonna show up. Very unprofessional.

Dropped off mail and asked person at counter if ok to just put into large mailbox they have sitting up front because it was open and anyone could then take your mail. She said it was fine. Mail was never received by business I sent envelope to. I have never used this place previously and will never use them again

I’ve used Easy Mail to print shipping labels and ship packages a few times. Service and help from staff is always great. Prices are reasonable. I will continue to bring them my business.

WORST PLACE EVER.!!! I walked in and the worker just sat in the back and stared at me as I walked in and stood by the counter. She decided to ask what she could help me with a couple minutes later and still took her time to come toward the counter. I shipped out two packages on January 5th and she told me it would take 5-7 days for the person to receive them. She gave me two tracking numbers and told me I would be able to track the packages. The tracking numbers are nonexistent because every time I check it says no tracking number is found. A couple days later I went in and asked about my packages and was given a BS answer and was told to just keep checking. I lost two very valuable items that no one knows where they are! DO NOT GO HERE !!

Came here to notarize documents for the DMV. Not sure who the customer service rep's name was, but she's friendly to all the customers there! I had messed up on a form, and had to get it notarized again, and she was patient with it all. I'd definitely come back for mail or shipping needs. Thanks again!

Deserves zero stars. Iv had all the issues others have stated here and on google plus some. Bottom line, she is never open when she says she is. She constantly has her children there around your mail. Screaming at her kids. She is extremely rude. Her mailboxes are cheaper than ups but believe me it's not worth it. Ups is open when they say they will be and they give you a door key to enter if they are closed. I'm all about supporting local small businesses but Iv given this over a year and nothing changes and she doesn't even try & im tired of the rudeness.

Had a UPS package to drop off (Amazon return) and was very disappointed. I only visited this store because the website indicated this was a UPS drop off location. The store was messy and disorganized. The person at the counter had her children there who were running around. Mind you, this was on April 25, 2020 when we were all supposed to wear masks. Not only were they not wearing masks, but social distancing was not even considered. I gave the lady my package and asked for a receipt. She said she couldn't give me one because she couldn't scan it. I said that was very unusual and that I have always received a receipt in the past whenever I have surrendered a package at other stores. She again repeated that she had no way to scan it. I reluctantly left the package and spent until 5/4 tracking the package to make sure it arrived to its destination, which it did. I did not realize that I could have gone to the UPS Store on Baring Blvd and handed off the package. I did so with another package a few days ago and had a TOTALLY different experience. Clean store, friendly people, organized and received a receipt. Don't patronize this Easy Mail location!

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They never ever open on time. Often 30 min-1hour late daily. Close early. Owner is often carrying our mail in her personal vehicle. Cannot count on them.Makes it extremely hard to get mail. Very unorganized. I do not trust them with my mail. I’ll be looking to go else where soon.
