“I have been here twice and both times were not disappointing! They have a lot of fun stuff. I will say i do think the prices could be lower on some things but that's just my opinion. The staff that I have come in contact with were really nice...and that's a plus.”

“Always a great selection at this TJ Max location and the staff seem friendly. Just don’t make the mistake I did because the clothes isles are narrow, and think leaving your cart at the end out of curiosity to others is a good idea because it’s not. Mine disappeared and I was told the staff was probably already busy returning items in my cart thinking it was abandoned. I thought it was pretty strange to have a policy of taking carts full of merchandise without once announcing or asking is this anyone’s, but that’s just me.”

“Of the two targets in the Reno area, I would say this one is more clean?? I don't know, it's a department store that isn't Walmart, you get what you get. I will say, the parking lot is the sleep paralysis monster you see when you wake up from the nightmare that is trying to navigate the roundabout that few people are mentally equipped to use.”

“Only 1 entrance open, in & out! Does covid really know or care how many entrances are open? I've gone back numerous times since COVID ended. Things back to a more normal. There isn't as many self checks open anymore. Which is ok. Give people back jobs!!”
“5 Million starts to Linda she was working the the shampoo isle. She took her time walking with us around the store to try and help us find the bug spray we were looking for. We couldn't find it but she went above and beyond and didn't just point us in a direction. Thank you Linda you made us feel like important guests at your store. Management I hope you know you have an amazing Team member and she should be recognized.”

“Kohl’s is a wonderful place to return Amazon items which may not had have worked for you. It’s easy to do at their service counter and you always get a discount coupon to use in the store. I like the merchandise at Koh’s and there are always many items on sale.”
