Edit: Gabriel Ortiz De Mena has become a new favorite, she’s very kind and helpful. I think finally some new faces have joined who are trying to make this CVS more efficient because they are always overworked.-This is really hit or miss depending on your pharmacist. I would give this place 5 stars if only Yu Lin worked here! He’s the best and is so nice. Travel pharmacists here are sometimes very rude BUT there are some wonderful and kind exceptions! But I literally wait for my fave pharmacist to be back to go and order.

Always problems at this location- from changing their hours whenever they feel like it without communicating to ‘computer issues’ so they don’t have to help customers. The last straw was popping in to attempt a walk-in vaccination appointment to be told that there was no way to do that because they were understaffed with only one pharmacist. Nothing posted on the website, no information communicated whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

I scheduled a booster for my senior in high school, but the school has been calling letting me know that he needs another shot but it was not on the list, although the school said I could get it there. He needs the NCV4 and there is not even a button for other. they list about a dozen recognized vaccines, but not this one. Hope they do something to accommodate ones not listed.

Friendly ususlly have your meds in stock. Long lines sometimes and new prescriptions are a pain. But love them for my reg prescriptions. ?

Horrible Pharmacy - had my wife in tears. They have gone downhill in the last 7 months (since their new management change). They say your prescriptions are ready, but when you drive all the way over there proceed to make you wait another hour and get back in line. They are NEVER upfront about costs and copays. One month something is covered by insurance, and then suddenly the next month it's not??? They are belittling and rude. Give off the vibe that you are a total bother when asking candid questions about medications. This place needs NEW management asap. The lead pharmacist is not doing his job. Avoid this pharmacy location at all costs!

I never thought I would see the day... not only has the customer service gone to rock bottom (I've worked in retail all my life & never been so disgusted) but now the pharmacist is not only not following laws, buts also just blatantly breaking laws re: distribution of narcotics/opioids/controlled substances. Twice during this week as I tried to talk to him regarding my RX's that he had apparently gotten mixed up (I assumed) he told me lies and incorrect info and when I tried to tell him what was the correct info he hung up on me. After going through my paperwork and talking to insurance company, NOW I know that either he was lying just to me, he was falsifying pick-up dates (I can prove-by the way... so d***** both or somehow someone else was doing all of the above & he was the fall guy which doesn't make any sense, either way he had no reason to be so dang rude! Especially since I always tried to be super nice to him even when he was a j**** Boy oh boy do I really miss Drew!!! If anyone ever finds that boy please let us know. He actually cared about what I was or wasn't taking. I know he cared about all of us! Target never should have sold out. I live right next door, but I would actually move to get closer a pharmacist 1/2 as humanly decent as Drew was!

We changed to this pharmacy from the one near Safeway as a result of the incompetency of that one - hoo boy, big mistake. Seems CVS's issues are not just the people they hire, but possibly the entire corporation that runs them. Honestly, I hope they go BANKRUPT! So we started getting my prescriptions at THIS pharmacy. It looked cleaner and much better organized than the other one - little surprise, this is a pretty nice Target store, but you can't judge a book by it's cover. Truth be told, getting our prescriptions, that we need - from this location, has been IMPOSSIBLE. We never know if we can pick them up or not. Just like periodically with the other place, there's always another "snag" - "oh your insurance won't cover this right now" "oh we don't have that on hand right now" "oh we can't give you the prescription" - and then we have to have roundabouts with the doctor for prescriptions where the doctor is dumbfounded why we can't get it, or I'm in there getting denied because I'm the husband (gee, while the other place let me pick it up for 3 years and gave my wife the riot act and told her she needed her f****** PASSPORT to get HER prescriptions). She gets texts that her prescription is ready, goes there, Most recently, the Asian American doctor there, I don't know his name, fumbled with my I.D. claiming the register is locked, and it was 10 minutes before closing and the prescription was ready. WHO THE HELL LOCKS THE F****** REGISTER 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME, IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE THAT EARLY THEN CHANGE YOUR F****** HOURS!!!! I swear, that guy, no matter how long he ran the I.D., he acted like he'd never seen an I.D. card before. So my wife had to WALK over there the following Monday and they told her they could not process her prescription AGAIN For some reason. Today we found out it's because they want to "stop the endemic of opioids". Guess what CVS, Opioids or not, DENYING PEOPLE THEIR DOCTOR PRESCRIBED MEDICINES WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM OF AN OPIOID ENDEMIC! Instead people will die or ruin their lives and the lives of others from mental health issues because their medicine supplies are running out and your ignorant and stupid pharmacy and monkeys in suits and ties who think up this horse hockey think they're f****** superman! If I had a dollar for every minute we spent on the phone, and every minute doctors were trying to get these d*** prescriptions through to this useless non-pharmacy, I'd be rich enough to buy my own pharmacy and It'd probaby have 1000x the security and actually meet government regulations. Seriously, f*** CVS. We will be finding out some other place that will actually WORK WITH us to get our prescriptions. I hope the shareholders sue, take back all their money, and bankrupt this corrupt company, and then they get hit with an Antitrust for all the Walgreens they've been buying up and ruining.

DON'T go here. I've used this pharmacy for years. The few staff they have there now are incompetent, unprofessional and uncaring. Hoping to find another CVS with better staff.

I've been going to this pharmacy for almost 10 years. A recent experience has resulted in me going to a different pharmacy. I received notification that a prescription was filled. My husband went to pick it up for me and they couldn't find it, eventually asking him to come back later. Did they think it would magically appear later? This lack of competence is more than I need to deal with, especially with so many other options. I'm sorry to see such a decline in service.

They used to be very good here. I miss Drew and the other staff that really had the heart to help people, assist them in their meds. Recently, after pandemic they have 2 new regulars who are always busy and in a hurry. Customer service goes down the drain. CVS, please hire better people!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I would recommend that you find a different pharmacy to fill your prescriptions. However, if you enjoy being lied to, given false information and being overcharged, this is your spot. Picked up prescriptions back in Sept & was told it was run under insurance, total came out to over $100 & found out per pharmacy benefits that it was not run under the insurance. We have been trying to get refund for 6 weeks now with no help and just keep getting the run around.Ever since this CVS pharmacy location had a change of management and their previous pharmacist (Drew & Jesse) and pharmacy technicians (Ida) left, it has been a complete disaster. Ayo Odunsi, the new pharmacist has zero understanding of customer support. Doesn't understand his role in rectifying his mistakes and could not care any less about providing any semblance of a good customer experience. This location needs a complete makeover top to bottom.
