Picked up my infants antibiotic, the pharmacy gave us a whole bottle of unmixed powder then called us and rudely told us to bring it back ( no apology) and said he was "distracted"

I went to pick up a prescription that they had actually filled extremely fast for me. I told the tech I was happy with how fast they had filled a few prescriptions for me lately and he was very pleased to hear that. I got my prescription and was asked if I had and questions for the Pharmacist to which I replied yes, because it is a new prescription. The Pharmacist (who I could see the whole time) then preceded to stay at the Drive-thru window helping 2 more cars with no acknowledgement to me. So I grabbed the bag my prescription was in off the counter and said nevermind.The tech was very apologetic, I couldn't believe the way I was completely ignored, especially after I had given them a compliment.

I should give them a zero. The store manager and the store representative have no customer experience. I was going to buy a gift card. When I entered my phone number they said you are not eligible to buy the card because I have already purchased gift cards for more than $2000 on that day; which is not true. So I asked them to put the gift card on my friend who was standing right next to me and they said it’s a CVS policy that they cannot do it.
I don’t know how are they saying that I got a gift card that’s more then $2000.00 this must be a genuine system issue. They were not ready to help or guide me. They just told sorry we cannot serve you and kept me on hold and completely ignored my request and moved on to the next customer. Absolutely the way they treated me and my friend felt very rude and a dishonorable behavior.

Pharmacy refused to give me a pneumonia vaccine because I'm not over 65. I literally had an order sheet FROM MY NEUROLOGIST explaining that I am immunocompromised and why I needed it but they wouldn't even look at it and still refused and said he needed to call in a prescription.
Absolutely ridiculous, I don't have unlimited free time to just pop in whenever.
Editing my review - I drove down the street to Walgreens and they asked me a few questions about my condition and medication. They were able to give me the pneumonia vaccine with no problems.
Will be avoiding this CVS at all costs moving forward.

This pharmacy is a joke! The staff is incredibly rude. My perception was sent to the pharmacy before I left the Dr. office, it took me an hour to get to the pharmacy from where I was, stood in a line of no less than a dozen customers only to be told that my prescription wasn't ready. I came back after work the next day, still my prescription wasn't ready. The cashier (Vanessa) ushered me over to the drop off line just to be told the same thing. The drop off employee (Anna) then told me that they are 2 days behind on filling prescriptions. So if you're sick do not go to this location. They don't seem to care that you need to start medication. If you get upset about it they get mad back. I'll be moving my business to a different pharmacy.

Not sure why this location has such bad reviews. There wasn't a line, the pharmacy tech was super friendly, and I was able to get what I need and get out quickly. Maybe it was the time of day for others but I went on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely will go there again!

I should've read the comments first before I chose to request prescription from this location. Took forever for them to fill my prescription. Just go to the other pharmacy nearby. You're welcome.

Checked for prescription through phone automation. It did not detect my prescription and put me through to the pharmacy. On hold for 25 minutes - person who finally answered phone said my prescription was ready. I explained that I had been on the phone for 25 minutes to get information that was incorrect through their phone automation and that somebody ought to be aware and that could be a problem. The lady on the phone got defensive/snippy and gave me her excuses about how busy she was all by herself. Respectfully, that's not a me problem, that's a her problem. All she had to do was acknowledge the issue and say she would bring it up as a problem to be solved. No personal responsibility at all. Sad.

Called to have prescriptions mailed and after 6 days called again to be told that there was a hold and pharmacist needed to talk to me but I had to call back the next day because the pharmacist was too nusy.called back the next morning and was told that there was no hold on my prescriptions and go online to have them mailed. CVS SO UNPROFESSIONAL
