This pharmacy is always short staffed! They need some help!! The phones are always ringing and I'm always out on a hold. They also close from 1:00-2:00 for lunch which is so weird to me. I was stuck waiting here for 15 mins until they opened back up.

CVS sent me an email asking for my feedback after picking up an Rx there and I'm pretty sure I called it a zombie apocalypse. The only reason I received my Rx is because I wouldn't leave without it. There were two customer service camps: the staff who were hiding behind furniture and walls to avoid customers or the staff that just completely ignored you out in the open. Go to Walgreens across the street.

Tom on the counter needs more training on customer service. The store was not busy and I was ready to pay for my purchase. I wanted to use the self checkout but someone was using it so I went to the counter. Tom was on his cellphone so I patiently waited but not even once did he look if there is someone that needs some help. So I asked if he is available but then he reacted by rolling his eyes like I'm bothering him. He did not say anything to me but his reaction speaks louder than anything.

The pharmacy needs to really consider in new pharmacy employees, never have I wasted 30 min of my life in line just to be put into another line because I was new, so I left! The only good thing is they had some hair oil I've been searching for, that's why I left 1 star.

The pharmacist was incredibly rude and violated our HIPAA rights in front of a line of customers. She refused a RX coupon and stated “it’s only 20$, in closed. If you don’t want the medication, I’ll take it back.” Management became involved and she yelled at him as well. It was the most embarrassing and unprofessional thing we have ever experienced!

It takes forever for the pharmacy to pick up the phone. My son and me are both not feeling well. I don't want to go there to wait for the prescription. I am trying to call to see if it's ready to pick up. No body answers the phone

Prescriptions ready quickly. Can always call ahead and see if it’s ready for pickup thru the automated system.Pharmacist and staff are really nice and helpful

Stopped in to pick up a prescription a couple days ago (Oct. 12th) and waited in line for almost 20 minutes. Then a rude pharmacy clerk said we're closed for lunch, is wasn't 1:30 yet, there was still time to give me my script. I keep saying I am going to move my scripts to Safeway, and now I am going to. The pharmacy at this CVS and some of it's employees leave a lot to be desired! I know several people that have transferred to Safeway or other pharmacy's because of this. I have been a customer of this CVS since it opened as Longs Drug Store. Also if you call the pharmacy you could die on hold!! It is always understaffed. Shame on the manager. But then I doubt anyone cares, if they did this wouldn't continue to happen!!

Horrible service they hang up before you can say a word when you call them to check the status of a prescription and when you go in it's never ready definitely changing pharmacy

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. This pharmacy gave me an incredible hassle trying to fill my medication, lied to me about being able to get it, and then filled only half of it and did not tell me so I walked out of the store with half the prescription. When I came back 10 mins later, they then lied to me saying it would be fine and no issue for filling the other half when they can get it, which guess what there was an issue and my insurance refused to pay for the other half because they already had a claim go through for it so I didn't have the rest of my medication that month. Do not use this pharmacy unless you want a horrible experience. Never received even so much as a "sorry".
