They never answer the phone and they let all the machines do all the work because they're lazy as fuk.
The lady answered the phone but she was too lazy to stay on it. So don't have any questions for them because no one's working in the whole store you better off asking the self-checkout computer. But they always find time to be in front of the store smoking a cigarette.

The customer care service at checkout with the cashier was very helpful and very pleasant to interact with on my visit to CVS Sparks this morning.
The experience more than made up for the stress of having to deal from time to time with the pharmacy crew. I’m thinking ? that they are either overwhelmed with customers and understaffed,
(no excuses) though…
Prices are not always easily available on items like posters and stationary items… the general consensus I feel is the lower sales prices are more superior at Walgreens even though it’s not as convenient or as close to home.
The wonderful cashier girl ? who has brown medium length hair was outstanding and kindness was very appreciated…‼️

I am a retired RN, and I am well versed in how to treat people we are required to serve. Especially in the area of medication distribution. I had the experience of dealing with one of the pharmacist's at this location. He was rude, spoke down at me, insinuating I have an extremely lox intelligence level, told me I should have listened to my previous pharmacist at a different CVS location, and told me to take my order back to the pharmacy I had used in the past. And, hung up on me. A simple question regarding CVS policy which could have been handled over the phone In a timely manner. I assume he was very busy and under stress, however, no excuse for rudeness to a customer seeking drug information. Patients having to take unfamiliar medications are due a patient, cooperative, and knowledgeable pharmacist. Are you scrapping the bottom of the barrel these days CVS? Pharmaceuticals are not an area you need to place subpar employees.

Horrible customer service. Whoever the Hispanic male “manager” is that works on Wednesday afternoons, treated my husband horribly in store. When I called to inquire on the issue of my unopened return with a receipt he stumbled over his words and could not give me a reason. I was hung up on. Filed a report, he should not be a manager. Cleaning toilets seems more appropriate for his skill set.

My prescription was called in to this CVS on 4/12. I didn't receive a call from them saying is was ready. 11 days later I call them after confirming with my Dr that it was called in and the pharmacy tech says the prescription is ready and will be able to be picked up after 12 noon. I drove 45 min to this place only to be told it's the wrong medication and had to leave empty handed with no further explanation. I worked as a nurse for 8 years and I have never seen so many incompetent people working in a medical facility. I requested to speak with the pharmacist who was obviously very confused and didn't not know what was going on. Maybe the pharmacist called in and someone gave this guy a white coat. I asked if the medication was ever ordered and he just looks at me even more confused then writes a # on a piece of paper and tells me to call it. STAY AWAY from this place. It's obvious they hire anyone to work here.

This place is so depressing. Locks on everything, understaffed, dirty, and everyone is rude. I don't blame the workers for being so rude, since they are working in this awful place. Nevertheless , rude people make it even worse. Cvs is a terrible corporation and should be avoided

I am writing a review about this CVS location because it needs to be said. I worked at a Longs Drugs for 10 months when I was 16-17 years old. I am 41 now. I am not sure if it is my high expectations or societies’ very low integrity, but this place is in trouble. I spent an hour there on a Saturday night and was appalled by what I witnessed. In between the blatant thefts within this hour, I saw stressed and helpless employees doing the best they can. 5 out of the maybe 8 people that came in between 9-10pm were disgusting human beings. One customer walked around the store for 45 minutes, filling a cart with merchandise only to put on a show at the front entrance. Making an outcry that she’d forgotten something in the car, assuming her money, and left the cart there and swiftly walking to the door with a large tote filled with whatever set off the anti-theft gate on her way out.
Three other people left the store “empty-handed,” causing the gate to activate as well. The last little gem I witnessed were this couple. The woman comes in and is walking briskly around the store. A man comes through the door about ten min later and joins her. These two both end up in the liquor isle pretending to compare varieties. Once the cashier was distracted, they ran for the door holding 8 bottles between the two of them. Now, the cashier exclaimed, “it happens all the time. The only thing I can do is write a description and try to list what they took.”
I’m sure being employed at CVS isn’t the worst, but I am horrified with the disregard for their employees. An employee should never feel helpless or threatened. This location has poor management, poor standards as a whole and despicable, dishonest customers.

To be honest, I'm not big on reviewing anything other than restaurants. But I swear by every time I come to this CVS Pharmacy , it has always been where I come out feeling irritated with how negative the pharmacy team is here ... and I am just there to pick up my prescriptions... I live right by this CVS, so I changed from the Target on Lincoln CVS to pick up my prescriptions here. But the past two times coming to this CVS , the pharmacy employees just seem so annoyed being there that helping others is bothersome to them. Last time I went to pick up a prescription for my 4 year old , I went up to the counter and the lady working said: "I wasn't ready for you, you need to wait" . When she "was ready" she just seemed so annoyed having to look for my prescription. I assumed maybe she just wasn't having a good day with how busy the pharmacy was. But my other experience was very unorganized when they told me that one of my prescriptions was not covered under my insurance only to find out that they did not have my new insurance.... After I've updated with them multiple times. Needless to say, maybe I just need to go to a different pharmacy, but for a non food related review: not my favorite CVS stores to go to even if it's a minute or two away from me.

Went in to pick up a couple of prescriptions. I haven't used this pharmacy before, but it was a pleasant experience. The pharmacist was kind and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed and they were quick to get my insurance information.

Jose Garcia is a clown pharmacist. Told me to sleep in my car and come back the next day for 1 medication that the doctor called and authorized for.Had to file a complaint with the state because Jose Garcia is a racist and a bigot.

Appointment was made for vaccine. I checked in according to instructions. The clerk was polite and said he would be calling our name. He now has totally forgotten us and he could see me observing him. What a wonderful customer service he's providing! That would be a huge NO!
