We were warmly greeted at the door, the gentleman that helped us was wonderful and answered all of our questions and ordered us exactly what we needed. Would definitely recommend if you're in the market for custom shirts. ?

I came in to browse and get some promotional items for my business and Tiffany was extremely helpful. She was VERY friendly and knowledgeable about all of your products. She made my shopping stress go away by working closely with my needs. You can tell she cares about her job and is great at what she does. In a world where Customer service is nearly non existent, it’s relieving to know that we have a business in town that does! Working with Matt was so easy. Our large family was designing shirts for an annual event, and he and the artists at Custom Ink took our varying ideas, and created a tshirt that everyone not only agreed upon, but loved.The order process was a bit complicated, and theres always that one cousin who is late with their order, but yet again, Matt and team made it super easy. I think, all told, we ended up with slightly over 30 shirts, ranging from Toddler to 2X.I cant thank Matt enough for his help!

Really happy with the attention and customer service we received while working with Alyssa at the sparks store. She made changing our design really simple and timely. She also was up-to-date and knowledgeable on all the products we were interested in. Felt like she went above and beyond checking on us via email and assisting us when we are ready to buy product. Matt at Custom Ink was very helpful! He gave a detailed explanation of the design he was creating for me and sent me a picture that fit the description to a tee. I was worried about not having a gift ready for the upcoming holiday but Matt had the order ready three days earlier. Thank you, Matt!

Custom Ink is the best!! Erica and her team made it super easy for me. I had a wide variety of sizes/ styles of shirts for a family reunion, and Erica made sure the graphic was large enough on each one, from XL to toddler. The image was quality was excellent! Overall a really great experience, I will definitely work with them again soon!
