The gym is good but has had times when some equipment repairs seem to take a long time to complete. There was a problem with the massage beds not working for a while the locker room is fairly clean. All in all it has improved lately

This gym is awesome, highly recommend. The people who works there are so nice. Especially to jalen, and logan they are always smiling every time i come inside the gym!

This place sucks. They charge you insane late fees if you miss a payment for equipment that's always broken. Cancelation is only done by email and takes a MONTH. Currently in the process. As soon as my memberships are canceled I'm never going back.

Great gym, very clean. Friendly and efficient staff. Definitely would recommend if looking for a new gym to go to in the sparks area. Love the Reno location as well.

The gym is poorly run by an owner that does not care to fix issues, there are 3 hydro beds that are supposed to come with a premium membership that don't work. There are many broken or poorly maintained machines, the restrooms are always dirty and don't have toilet paper. The staff say they are doing their best but ownership offers no help, and management has changed over and over. Obviously the issue starts at the top and should be taken care of by corporate

I've been going here since day 1. It was awesome. Sadly, as time has gone on, equipment is breaking and taking a while to fix. The staff isn't as friendly as before, seem to always be looking at their phones, and you'll be lucky if they say more than 3 words to you. The gym is horribly dirty now. The kids club that they have been promoting and promising still isn't anywhere near open. If you have to go here, it's fine. I am looking for another gym.

This place is a SCAM!! I’ve had a terrible experience here. Have been gyming here for years and these guys are just a money making machine not customer friendly. I upgraded to add my mom as a guest for a month and then charged me fees and raised my membership by 20/ month and I got charged 10 bucks again to downgrade. I got also charged a 59.99 annual fee and was told I need to give a month notice to cancel my membership. They just won’t let you leave and will haggle you for every dollar to close your account. I don’t know why I had to pay so many fees when I’m simply trying to leave. Read the fine print when you sign up with them. They say there is no contract but bind you with all these extra fees when you are trying to leave. Also a few months ago I got my bag stolen from the locker room and they did not take any action to find the culprit. There low fees are enticing but they don’t back up the customer experience.
