Store hours are inconvenient. Service personnel are on autopilot. Nothing goes quickly. Cricket Wireless is inexpensive and has reliable phone service. Works well for the elderly on fixed incomes.

I had to go into this store last minute to find a new phone.. My phone wasn’t working properly and Jeremiah was so kind, professional and knowledgeable, he explained all my options clearly and helped me make the purchase that was right for me and my needs and my budget . It was nice to have honest help making my purchase decision and he made sure I was clear with my lease and explained everything thoroughly.

No stars ...I'm sure the lady working there is very nice. However to activate 2 phones while people who have places to go. Who are waiting patiently. I only needed a sim card for my kids phone. She told us that we and the people behind who wanted to upgrade there phone that won't charge. We were told to drive to another location cuz this was going to take awhile. All she did was gab gab gab. One click on the computer....flailed her arms. Gab some click....she was talking so much she was confusing which phone went to what number....save that gab for when ur not busy. The price of gas and how hot it is out...I don't want to be dismissed and I felt she intentionally was going slow so we would go to another location. I kno there is only 1 person working there. But it don't take 30 minutes to activate 2 phones the people already picked them out the were at the register when I got there. But no star for this lady

My mother lost her flip phone. She had a separate account. Thought we would buy a new phone. $21.67 to transfer to my account. $25 to upgrade which we are buying another flip phone which costs $70 less $20 discount. No SENIOR DISCOUNTS. Then we had to call another Cricket office if we wanted to cancel the phone. You can NOT cancel your phone at the store in person. Then I had to have the store manager to call them because *611 was not working. I could not get the credit back for the $21.67 that I charged 20 minutes ago. Obviously we were on hold for 8 minutes and the managers phone died. Started all over. Can't use my phone because it is connected to my Cricket account. On hold after I was told I would not get my $21.67 account. Cricket Corporate give your stores access to cancel and give credits!! Pretty pathetic customer service. They Cannot look up accounts unless you have the phone number or PIN #. Don't lose these items. I am probably going to cancel my account after this fiasco!

My situation warranted going to a physical store to upgrade my device. The new phone is great and service continues to be generally reliable, but I regret making a visit. Employees' glossing over the breakdown of charges bothered me. I was also unsettled by their upselling tactics. The representatives appeared to disguise corporate greed by being (disingenuously) friendly. This behavior can force someone to consider doing only online transactions.

I went in this store just a couple of days ago and stephanie was one the best helps I could have gotten. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, and overall super friendly. She is so amazing. This store definitely has the best employee ????

I went to pay my bill and Estafania was polite, efficient, and quick. Right on point.
