As someone that has gone to this costco for so many years my to favorite people are Heather and Julie that work at the doors they r amazing and remember our daughter and always so sweet they also do a great job. When I have to bring my service animal in, they understand the laws and able to go in without having to wait for a mangers to come and tell me it's okay. I have issues everytime I go in with most of the men that have worked the front but both of these lady are completely incredible. Even when no service animal they take the time to say hi to us and see how we r doing, also seen it with multiple other people they have done it with it warms my heart getting to go to this store

I love costco, but this one has given me a lot of mean workers. Not sure why they have to be so soir about things. I have gone to a lot of costcos. I go here for location convenience. Most of the time staff is so friendly, but a few times I have had bad staff experiences. Not sure why. At first I tho8ght maybe that person is having a bad day, buy I realized it's the location. They just have a few who are nice and a few who are mean and then judge you as you walk away. Like we all human and make mistakes. Will still go. People are great at customer service and others just not so much. Maybe it's due to an influx of members going? Not sure. Either wat costco will always be my favorite. No matter the experiences some staff members give. I rate coarco 10 stars. This one still 2. Just cuz of the many bad interactions in the past years from my own and from family members who have gone. Also we don't not share cards. We all have our own that we pay ourselves.

Have been a member of Costco for many years. Because the area we are currently living has no Costco within a 100 miles, we let our membership lapse. Came to this location to check out the warehouse as part of our decision to renew our membership (or not). Despite verifying that we were long term former members of Costco, the manager refused to let my wife and I just look around without first paying them $65 to renew our membership. We are members of Sam's Club, and are very happy with them. So I guess we'll stay with Sam's Club and forget about Costco. Costco used to be a good warehouse store, but things change. With a nearby Walmart and a nearby Sam's club, we don't need Costco anymore.

Thank you to General Manager Dave for making a very difficult situation concerning my tires so amazing! Thank you for listening. Thank you for your advice about what tires to buy for my GMC truck. Thank you for a very positive solution. My 4star review is really for the tire shop. Their advice & service could use improvement.

While I understand why Costco has moved to digital id at the door, it only contributes to the overall over reaching authoritarian type of atmosphere that we saw emerge during covid when they turned their retail employees into mask police. Also they have currently doubled down on their DEI program which might explain the lack of product rotation and the fruit molding within a few days of purchase. More concerned about people's outward appearance then work ethic. Do better Costco

I have been going to this store for about 5 years but I am going to buy a Sam’s club membership for 5 years but any more every time I go in there the inventory is completely changed around. Tired of having to look around for things I need. Senseless inventory moves. Every time I go in there now I leave without stuff I was going to get because I could nt find it. It is not only me. Two weeks ago many couples were splitting up trying to find what they needed. Yesterday I went in to buy some Kirkland crew socks looking all over . Said the heck with it n just left without buying anything,Going today to get a Sam’s club membership.

Love Costco, but I went in to purchase the Poker table for my boyfriends Christmas gift. I was disappointed they didn't have any in a box. Only the floor model was left.
I noticed there wasn't an * on the price sign , so I figured they would get more in before Christmas.
I walked up to the customer service and asked when they expected more in. The supervisor said, "It's a deleted item, so what's out is what's left.
I told her there was only the floor model left, she said she would inspect it for any damage, and then she could sell it. She came back and said she could sell it to me and gave me the full price verbally. I told her I was a Costco employee at another store in the past, and the store manager would ALWAYS mark down the floor model sometimes up to 1/2 off.
She said she would ask the Mgr, and she came back and said he would give me 10% off. Dude, you're smoking crack! For something without a box and has been on display for several months.
I've noticed the Reno store is a lot busier, but the Mgr that that store always marks items down and the Sparks store hardly ever.
Even though the Sparks store is 10 mins from my house, I'd much rather shop in Reno and find the better deals!
