Two days ago, I couldn't reach a human at Reno, Costco pharmacy though it was 10:30am Wednesday. So, I followed automated prompts to request a refill. I entered my previous Costco RX #. They said they would contact my Doc to refill. Now it Friday & I call to check on my refill request as I haven't received any message from Costco. I entered same Costco RX # & automated tells me "No request (from me) has been made to refill." Now, 2 days ago, I also tried to reach a human as I wanted to verify any price changes. Tried calling 4 times after 10:30am and NEVER GOT A HUMAN. Their automated service never takes any messages, only hangs up on customers if no one picks up on their end. So what is Costco doing with my membership dues if not hiring the personnel needed to make sure customers are serviced properly?????All Costco does is pick customers' pockets & their service STINKS! They aren't friendly, in fact they are rude, cold and really I don't see any benefit to keep on as their customer. They really don't give a crap about their customers. Costco only cares about their profits!

Thank you Costco Pharmacy for being so loyal since day one you opened! I have always filled our prescriptions here and have not ever had a problem. Last night I was running errands all around Sparks and realized I had forgotten to pick up my medications. Needless to say I showed up 2 minutes before close! So sorry pharmacy staff but thank you so so much for not turning me away and being so nice. This was one of the fastest cheapest Costco run ever lol! I didn't walk out with $500-$700 of groceries and stuff I don't need!

My bad review is for the tire department. They find respect you appt time. No comunicacion at all by text over all. Awful service . Last time I take my car for tires . Iam coming back to discount tire direct

The corner drug store is basically dead, and lately I've found the CVS Pharmacy on Fairview to be crowded and unsufferable in terms of staff. Walmart Pharmacy? Please. I dragged Gayle to the Costco Pharmacy to get my bivalent COVID booster. It was a walk-in, similar to the 2nd COVID booster I received back in April and my Malaria pill prescription that my primary care physician called in. With each visit, I was very impressed with the professionalism and service of Costco Pharmacy staff. The wait at times was a little long, but I appreciated getting and and out of Costco soon enough, and separate from the business and occasional congestion of the main store. Note: I mostly use mail order (3 month supply) from Caremark.com for my standard prescriptions. Individual pharmacy visits are normally done by exception.

The Pharmacy lines are awful since Todd left. He was the only Pharmacist I trusted in the Reno/Sparks area!! Thank goodness for Arnella, she always puts a smile on my face. She is awesome and I know she cares about her customers and goes the extra mile for each and every person who walks up to her counter. When she's not there the lines never seem to move. I hope senior management takes into consideration how important Todd is to the Costco family and fights to bring him back. We need you Todd the Pharmacy is falling a part without you.

I am convinced that Davidson (pharmacist) is one of the nicest guys on the planet. I pass multiple pharmacies to come pick up medication here because he's so personable, patient and kind. Davidson - you are what's good in this world. I always feel like he truly cares for people (always ask about my day) and it's refreshing and rare. Keep making people feel seen. God bless.
