I went to their curbside pickup and the lady acted so rude and as if she didn't want me to order anything not helpful in the least bit ! So I ended up with 1 out of 5 things I wanted she even suggested I go to the other store which I did eventually and was able to get everything I wanted not what she wanted to sale me omg !!!

This store is ALWAYS a freaking mess! Its difficult to go down the isles with all the freight in the way. I go there fairly often and it's this type of mess everytime !!! And staff are yelling across the store about where things should go.....not very professional. However, the staff is very friendly most of the time.

I've never gone inside, my wife makes me sit in the car and wait. Sometimes it's a real long time. It must be a great place because she keeps going back and I keep watching from the car!!

CosmoProf, The staff are always attentive and always willing to help you out on all aspects of your shopping needs. My visit with my Wife the ladies even ask me "Did you need anything today" which was a surprise because i am not a hairstylist or even know what i would be looking for in this store the only thing i have to say is that i wish they would have a bigger selection on items for men then what they have, but other then that the visits are always a nice time as the staff are the stars here. I appreciate the kindness and the professionalism is always on point.
