I got a tip from a hardware dept. employee at Home Depot to go to this place for concrete sealant for my sidewalks/driveway.I purchased a drum of Sikagard 740 W, at the recommendation of manager Eric. After taking a few days to prep my concrete,I went to read the instructions on the container,and saw that,with a listed shelf life of 9 months from date of manufacture,the product they sold me was already PAST its shelf life,and therefore,no good.I contacted them and spoke to Faith at the front desk,who put me on hold to check into a replacement. She then told me that they were out of product, and for me to hold on to the unused drum of sealant until their next shipment,which would not be for months.###NOTE..THEY TOLD ME TO HOLD THE PRODUCT!!! Months later,after having to postpone my sealing job because of this,I call them back to get my new product,only to be told by manager BRANDON that "No,we will NOT replace it because of the fact that you held on to the product".....?!?....Me:"You TOLD ME TO HOLD ON TO IT"...BRANDON:"Sorry,TOO BAD.WE'RE NOT GOING TO REPLACE IT." So,as a result of THEIR EMPLOYEE telling ME to hold on to OUTDATED PRODUCT for MONTHS,now I'm out over $100.00 for NOTHING!!! Construction Sealants managers treated me like GARBAGE! They were more than happy to steal my money and showed absolutely NO REMORSE for their shoddy treatment of me. I walked in there with confidence that I was doing business with honest people,and I feel like I've been RAPED. MY money was GOOD FAITH MONEY! THEIR PRODUCT AND SERVICE AND STAFF WERE THE LOWEST BOTTOM-FEEDERS IMAGINABLE!
