I really like Chase, but the employees “(including the manager)” at this specific branch are not very professional; I’ve been considering closing my account, because their customer service it’s unprofessional and make you feel unwelcome.

This isn't so much about the branch itself but Chase bank as a whole. Good luck getting a hold of upper management for issues above branch management - 2 weeks and counting without a phone call when I've repeatedly been promised a phone call! Follow through on all levels is non existent and you're always pawned off on another representative; phone calls go unreturned for days.The claims process is a joke and good luck getting any customer service whatsoever by their claims department. Customer service and care isn't a strong suit of Chase bank and in the end you'll be left hanging and without resolution to your issue.Update: there's still no resolution to the issue at hand and I was basically told that they're too busy helping other customers to further assist.

Terrible customer service. Arrived 30 minutes prior to close and was told we had to have an appointment to open an account. No customers in building, 3 employees. We have 2 Chase cards and an investment account with Chase. Unfortunately, it was more important for them to get off on time than to open a new account. There was nothing posted that indicated appointments are required. We will take our business elsewhere.

So we went to this chase bank to open a simple checking acct. Well no one in the place except the three employees. But they wouldn't help, they wanted to set up an appointment. NO ONE IN THE PLACE. Just trying to set up simple checking ACCT since covet 19 you can't walk into a chase bank and get anything done without appointment. There next appointment had not shown up yet and was not due for another 15 min. The asst vice pres Dj insisted that we would have to make an appointment his next was on wed afternoon. He also stated his desk didn't have plexiglass shield installed yet. Another reason he couldn't set up a simple acct. Now we already have 4 acct 's with chase so it would not take even ten mins. Did I mention no one in bank. Customer service non existent in this branch. If you really don't want to work stay at home.

If they could get negative stars the would deserve them. I played my loan off, I requested a balance pay off, they gave the amount to me, I played it off. Didnt think another thi g of it, then I get a late payment notice. They added fees to my now closed account, and then added late fees to those fees. This bank has no ethics, is ripping g off the public. Dont do business with them, they will do anything they can to steal every cent they can from you.
