This company will squish it's employees offering no benefits with low tier pay. Unless you are desperate for a paycheck and nothing else DO NOT WORK for this terrible company. Also if you break your handheld you are expected to buy it. When you travel you will not be re imbursed for months. It's a wonder how this company is so big but I encourage you to look elsewhere when considering employers. You are also expected to use your personal phone constantly and if you don't you will be written up.

Do not do business with these people. Absolute worst carrier, customer service.. package was held up in hub for 3 days. Do not use these people!!!

I use to work for them one of the worst companies to work for they don't wanna fix the equipment they will send you out to do deliveries in equipment with bald tires and will send you out in a 53ft trailer thinking you can do the deliveries in Berkeley California then when you contact dispatch about it you are talking to someone in Michigan when they don't even got a clue about the roads up in California and they don't have a dispatcher at the local terminal

We were supposed to receive a package from them a week ago and every day I check their site and it gets pushed out another day. When I email to inquire on the delays they just respond saying they facing shipping backlogs. It should not take 2 weeks to get something from Sacramento, CA to Reno, NV (the package is now in Southern California where it has sat for 4-5 days).

They called on Friday, told me that they would be here Monday in between 11-11:30. Sat here for 5 hours, and nothing. Called to see when they would be showing up, they said they never heard of me and that I wasn’t on the appointment list for drop off. Finally went home. Got a call at 8pm, “sorry we got held up and couldn’t make it to your location today. We can be there tomorrow in between 9-11”. They never showed up, AGAIN!!! Called to see what’s going on, “it could be another hour”

Multiple change of delivery dates, shipment was 30 miles away and I received a call stating that they would not be able to deliver it again and would not allow me to drive into sparks to pick up my item. Very poor customer service and not responsive to customer needs. This company is very unreliable and not worth the frustration of using. Cheap price but cheap mans pays more in the long run. I wish I could have picked the transport company.

Horrible customer service package was supposed to be delivered Monday between 7 and 8/30 didn't get any notifications that it would be delayed called them told it would be here between 1 and 3 never showed up called told it would be here the next day and they would give me a call never called call 3 more time gave me the run around about pick called again said someone would give a call today to schedule a drop never happened called today said it couldn't be dropped if today because the trucks already left hopefully they keep there word for once Donte Davis
