We arrived at the end of the day when Sam told us the car would be ready…my wife’s comment said it all - “Is THAT my car?” It literally looked brand new. Sam brings the word “detail” to a whole new level. From the first cal to make an appointment to the look on my wife’s face when we pulled up, ALL just an exceptional customer experience. Highly recommended.”

When it was my car's turn, we were smogged and done with that all-important certificate in hand in a matter of minutes. “Paid 8.00 for the automatic wah since I was on a hurry and had my dog who had never been in a car wash and I was afraid he would freak with water blasting the car. After it sprayed the precast all over my car it quit working. I called the phone # listed for problems and got a recording. I then was very frustrated and had to pay another $3.00 to rinse my car. I tried to put a hold on my debit card but it wasn't able to be done. Hopefully the owner will contact me and refund my money. I will post if he does. If I don't post it means you can rely on this car wash. Add: Marcus called me the next day very apologetic. He refunded me the full 8.00 for the was and the 3.00 I had to spend washing the soap off. A very honorable thing to do. Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 5.”

“Great place to get a car wash. The owner is very kind and courteous, a great guy. I highly recommend this place. No complaints about the establishment whatsoever. Though, it'd be nice if people actually threw away their trash. This man is kind enough to offer free vaccumes and yet some people can't, or should I say won't, even bother to get their garbage IN the bin. I highly recommend this place, just please be polite. He doesn't have to offer what he does. Hands down the best car wash in Reno in my opinion.”

“Ive ALWAYS have loved this place My family and I have taken our cars there for smog,oil,transmission and wash tons of times . We are dedicated. Only downfall is sometimes the guyz working there are rude or abrupt, but that is their prob.Today went to have oil change, done great as normal, guy that helped me noticed at another store I had bought an engine and air filter and offered at no charge to put them in for me! Loved itA little pricey but serious what isnt now adays. Some bad reviews but Im still a loyal customer until they fail me.Quick and Easy”

“Just a basic car wash. I use this location frequently. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the drive thru wash wasn’t able to process the highest quality wash...the kiosk simply wouldn’t let me choose the wash I wanted.”

“Absolutely amazing. I have a husky, malamut, and a new black interior. One half day trip and things were looking scary. I brought the truck in for a regular full-service int/ext wash n dry. The ladies somehow got 98% of the dog hair out, I couldn't believe it. Great employees, tip them well!! I really appreciated their hard work!”
