“This place uses high pressure water stream to clean car, so no dirty brushes or foam strips scraping your car. I used this place for many years, it had glitches before where it soaped up my car and stopped working, I called the number and they gave me code for new wash at different station. I think they fixed it because had no issues lately. Car looks clean enough for a wash without getting out of the car. Gets bugs off the windshield.”

“Paid 8.00 for the automatic wah since I was on a hurry and had my dog who had never been in a car wash and I was afraid he would freak with water blasting the car. After it sprayed the precast all over my car it quit working. I called the phone # listed for problems and got a recording. I then was very frustrated and had to pay another $3.00 to rinse my car. I tried to put a hold on my debit card but it wasn't able to be done. Hopefully the owner will contact me and refund my money. I will post if he does. If I don't post it means you can rely on this car wash. Add: Marcus called me the next day very apologetic. He refunded me the full 8.00 for the was and the 3.00 I had to spend washing the soap off. A very honorable thing to do. Im changing my rating from a 1 to a 5.”

“Just a basic car wash. I use this location frequently. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the drive thru wash wasn’t able to process the highest quality wash...the kiosk simply wouldn’t let me choose the wash I wanted.”

“I have been a customer of Sierra Car Wash for a while now, and while I appreciate the convenience of their multiple locations, there are some inconsistencies between branches. The service quality can vary significantly depending on which location you visit.
One thing I noticed is that clean towels are only provided to customers with the highest subscription tier, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it’s a decent car wash chain, but there’s definitely room for improvement in terms of consistency and customer perks.”

“Came to get an oil change, in and out within a half hour, drove a couple miles down the street to get lunch. When I came back out to my car it started right away but the minute I let off the gas it would die. I called and spoke with John and he immediately sent someone to my location. The mechanic, Frankie, was very professional, genuinely sympathetic, found the problem within a few minutes, a loose hose.

“I drive a crew cab long bed dually. Trying to find a place to get my truck washed is hard. I usually just do it myself. However I recently had hand surgery and my truck was filthy! Called and asked if they could do duallys. She said yes bring it on down. I just had them do the outside and WOW!!! Idont think the outside of my truck has EVER been this clean! 10/10! Above and beyond! Thank you guys! I really appreciate it!”

“They did a wonderful job on my Porsche 993. It has black single stage paint and they performed a paint correction and applied ceramic. The car looks amazing and the paint is preserved. Also appreciate their flexibility to get me in quickly. Highly recommend this business.”
