They suck!!! My system was dead and come to find out, Rick mentioned it was a dead battery. Took him 30 mins to fix and charged me 2.5 hours because all he did was talked to me until his next appointment. Now I have an invoice for $481 for a dead battery. What a Joke!!!

The company I was with for many years was bought by Mountain Alarm. Unfortunately I remained with them and had many bad experiences with their technical support, equipment and customer service. I called and cancelled their services and a month later was billed again. There is nothing secure with this security company and I recommend buying your own cameras and working with them.

Seems weird that Mountain Alarm company displays their name and phone number at the car wash and the car wash does not. So when the car wash machinery breaks down ( as happened to me and others ) there is nobody to call except to complain to the Alarm Company

The alarm systems always trigger false alarms. Getting tech to come service our business's system is a big hassle to coordinate not to mention expensive. Cant wait to get rid of their pos system.

We noticed a neighbors garage door has been open for 4-5 days and contacted the alarm company posted on the property. Very helpful
