Don’t waste your time period, I had to leave the vibe wasn’t there and seeing how things has changed since I left as a former caregiver in 2016. Gross! Come at me again with attitude and see what happens, I will give right back to you!.. Excuse me for breathing, And it gross that residents has to deal with type of behavior from staff.

Wow it’s so unbelievable and shameful when you get hire to work at this place you have to get a skylight One card to get your money deposited into. It’s a rip off, every transaction you make they charge you for it. I mean you work so hard for your money and they take it away just like that, I mean I don’t mind because I can afford it but for employees that, depend on every check they get… it must be hard to loose money this way. This is the worst place I have worked for. Office staff don’t even know how to treat employees. They’re very unprofessional and it seems not to have morals or education whatsoever. Also bad energy. Office staff think they’re above everyone else. They think they’re God or something. The vibe at the office isn’t good at all. People in charge are never there. Place smells and it’s dirty.

We had a very negative experience as a family with Brookdale. Our grandmother had numerous personal belongings taken from her apartment/room. When family members brought concerns to the on site managers attention we were all told that was impossible, there was no attempt to even look into the matter we were basically called liars. The items disappeared slowly , a leather handbag, then a hand made quilt from the closet. We were told she had a locking cupboard for “valuables” and she should use that. But most items were taken from her closet. Over time over a dozen high end Leather handbags. She told us she often woke at night and would see staff in Her closet during her night checks, they have no reason to be looking in her closet in the middle of the night.
