Today visit the Big lots store located in Sparks Nevada. I have a problem with my cell phone that did not show me the discount coupon that the company sent. Despite explaining the problem on my cell phone to the store manager, he refused with all kinds of excuses to give me the discount shown on the coupon. It is unfortunate that having the authority to help the client, for not assuming their responsibilities to have that way.

Clayton in the furniture department is very nice, great customer service. Reno location was closer but I went to sparks because of the customer service and how friendly they are.

Big Lots had everything I was looking for while shopping. Staff is very helpful and pleasant.Plenty of parking.

This isn’t the Big Lots I usually go to but I was finishing an errand for a family member and decided to check this one out. Glad I did. The young man who helped me did it in a joyful manner a genuine smile . If I’m over in Sparks I’ll go back in.

Service was awful. Nobody acknowledges you and gif forbid you ask for help. I said, "excuse me "to an associate named Mary, who was walking by and she looked at me, as if I was completely bothering her and said, "YES??" Did that seriously happen?!? I must've looked shocked because after a second, she said " I'm helping someone else, I can help you afterwards. Ummm, no thanks. I left and went to Home Depot for my rugs instead. As far as selection goes, it looked good for furniture. I won't bother coming back though. You can find nicer employees and bargains elsewhere.
