Terrible place to deliver they are very rude don’t take delivery because they have stupid reasons like don’t have a schedule today and they give the number make a new appointment nobody answer very stupid system to waste others time

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Employees are courteous they are helpful and kind . Sure some days they are extremely busy and you have to wait but truly they do what they can . Oh yeah and I’ve gotten some great deals

If you’re delivering or picking up expect to be here all day. I’ve been here since 9 am and it’s 3:30 still waiting on a dock. There are drivers here bringing loads in that we’re here yesterday. The shipping and receiving staff are on their phones more than anything else. Very rude and disrespectful to drivers. Several Owner Operators swore they will not be back.

according to the aipment it was at 11:00 arrived at 10:40 an hour later they said there is no room so we need to let another truck through for loading, then they have lunch, as a result at 14:20 the trailer was unloaded. This is not a business approach. But overall the attitude of the workers is not bad.

This online auction site used to be the best in town with a variety of items from high quality pet food and beds; food items; bathroom and paper towel products; high end tv's; roombas; Breville air fryers; in short, high-end products biddable at bargain prices. However, since it sold a few months ago, it is an auction site not worth your time. When it used to have categories easily navigated, now it has "largest auction site in the world" or some such categorical nonsense forcing one to navigate through hundreds of items in a mish-mash fashion. Many of the auction pieces are labeled as "box, see item" or - even worse - "unknown item". Are these owners trying to lose money? I used to pick up items weekly, e.g., a Samsung 86 inch tv for $800 and a Sony 50 inch OLED for less than $400; a $400 Breville air fryer for $54; a $1,000 Roomba s9+ for $200; and Canidae, Victor, Taste of the Wild and other very high-end dog and cat foods - not expired - for half or a third of the price. Now, there's whole pages of absolute crap. Such a shame.

My experience started positive and ended negative. I have kinda job where i interact with people who move to Reno and i recommended this place to several people at the beginning. I was a bidder for almost two months. Spent hundreds of dollar every single time. Got both good deals and bad ones. Slowly, the number of bad+broken products increased, personally for me. Still, never complained, i accepted everything as it was. I once bid on 6 scooters, i requested to cancel it but they didn't honor it. They charged my account premium, taxes and other fees. I was still ok, coz its their company policy. Finally one day, i got bunch of expired products. The date was not in description or pictures. I requested a refund they said, nope, i even offered half the price but they still said nope. That was it. I will never go there again. They don't care about customer service. You can still get good deals but just be careful with furniture that require assembly or products with small electronic parts. By the way, the front desk people were always nice and very helpful.

They don’t care about customers or long term business. I spent more than 1500 but I got a mix of trash and some usable products. Well, i Bought skin serum and some furniture. The furniture was missing pieces and The serum was expired. The furniture was as is, so I never complained but the serum was their fault. I tried to get a refund for serum only. Not worked. I even offered to let them keep relisting fee and taxes but still no one helped. I felt like I burnt my money. I won’t recommend this place.

This auction is absolutely fantastic! The items I have won are in excellent condition. The staff is absolutely kind and considerate. If they had someone to help you load it would be absolutely perfect! One of the things I like best is the owner is right there and available. Not such a voice on the phone yelling at you for mundane reasons like another local auction.These guys have absolutely earned my loyalty AND business!
