My stylist, Aleisha was over 20 minutes late. When I arrived, on time, I was not greeted. A nail tech who had a client sheepishly asked if I was helped after a few minutes of waiting at the front desk. I was not given an explanation as to why my stylist was late, simply, “she’ll be here any minute.” I had to ask the nail tech to contact her after waiting 15 minutes. Not sure why this was allowed. No apology or explanation was given. I finally walked about after waiting over 20 minutes. I received a phone call from the stylist after the fact but not very useful at the time. Very unfortunate as I wanted to give my business to this salon. In the future I recommend a receptionist and more accountability for the salon. Everyone’s time is valuable and should be treated as such.

Mandy does my nails and I love them every time. Please see photos lol! Yelp is kinda strange I don't see my photos attached when I'm writing this review so hope they are there. She does stamps, hand paints, glitters, chromes, all kinds of tricks. There not always someone at the front but when there is they are always friendly and let your tech know you're there. The salon itself is adorable and they decorate cute holidays. Convenient location right off Pyramid and next to Donut Bistro if you want a treat.

Called earlier that day, no one answered. Stopped by the store. Hours posted says opened till 6 got there at 4 their website says open till 6pm. Showed up, no one was there but one client. Was completely ignored nor acknowledged by the staff. After I finally said something they said they were closed and don't do walk ins even though their website says otherwise. Anyway super disappointed,wanted to start coming here.

It was my first visit here and although there was no one at the desk, the nail tech nearest greeted me right away and helped me with my appointment :) Lexi was my nail tech and she was very careful with removing my gel extensions, letting me know it might get hot as she drilled, and she made sure to add pressure every now and then to keep it from getting painful. She made me feel comfortable to speak up if my nails felt hot with the drill, made sure I was satisfied with every step before proceeding, and my nails came out just as I had hoped! Thank you

I love the one stop shop however I have only gotten my nails done by ULAINE who is absolutely fabulous. She totally takes her time and she is awesome. I love the vibe also. Getting my hair done soon so will update

I'm new to Beauty Boutique but I feel so at home there. I followed my fabulous lash artist Marissa there and I couldn't be more happy. The atmosphere and energy is amazing! Marissa gives me beautiful, full lashes each time I see her. My retention and look is the best I've ever had. At my 2 week fill time, you can barely tell I need a fill. Love Marissa and Beauty Boutique. Highly recommended! You will love this full service salon:)

This is my new favorite salon ? ?I was looking for a last-minute hair color/trim, full set & pedi before my vacation and found this salon on Google. Booking was super easy and they were able to accommodate me with only 3 days notice (on a Friday!) for all of my services. My hair appointment was with Mathew and his personality & confidence immediately put me at ease. He was really fast and completed full head highlights, wash & trim in 1.5 hours. He did an excellent job, was a joy to talk to, and he has definitely found a client for life! My nail appointment was with Lexi and she was SO kind, friendly & bubbly. She was also very speedy & did a great job! She completed a full set and full pedicure in under 2 hours & my nails are perfect.
