I ordered a car battery on line with a $30 coupon. I arrived before the store officially opened and the woman who works there let me in early. The receipt was already printed out and the battery pulled from stock ready for install. Total time including install was less than 15 minutes.

They almost always have the battery I need. Only once they didn't have it, but said it will be in on a certain day. Very helpful in selecting the right battery.

Needed a new battery for my truck, they had what I needed and got me in right away, they installed the new battery in about 30 minutes and I was on my way. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in to have my moms power-scooter batteries check out. They were very nice, said it would take a couple of days to test the batteries for me to see if I needed to buy any or not.

I've been to the Batteries Plus store on Prater on two separate occasions for auto batteries and been 100% satisfied on both visits. Professionalism, price, and expectations were exceeded on both visits. I can only highly recommend them to others. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
