Came out for the rib fest and my son's birthday. Needed to get cash , Yesenia is the clerk I got I swipe my car put my pen She asked how could she help me? I said I needed to pull cash out gave her the amount which was 200 . She said Can I see your ID i said sure why, Her response was because I've never seen you before.I thought it was because I was out of town. So she just wanted to clarify when I asked her. Does she card everyone? she didn't know or haven't seen. She said it's nothing personal. Then she said we're having a convergent, did you know about that? I said yes they sent us letters in the mail? What does that have to do With I d, she said oh, it's a lot of people been taking advantage. So that's why I don't think that that was okay or cool. Especially for my first experience at this bank and I'll never be back.

worst bank i have ever had. customer service really sucks. not nice, not willing to help. mobile banking is the worst. been with them for years and it has all changed. i would strongly recommend that you bank anywhere but bank of the west and wells fargo. anywhere but here. I AM CLOSING MY ACCOUNTS!!!!!!!

I'm done with this bank. I rely on the services the system provides since I work at nights and I'm not up during the normal banking hours.1. Half the time I try to access on-line banking (after 10pm) the system will be down. These are the hours I am awake so if these are bad hours to be a customer then I no longer need to be a customer.2. Back at the end of March the system seemed to have gone down completely. I think it was down for a solid 3-4 days. During this time I could not pay rent which was extremely inconvenient because I had to contact my renter to ask for an extension "until my bank starts working again." The fund wouldn't get pulled because it was considered a transfer and I guess transfers were down.3. Just now I tried to put some cash in my account because I noticed my account getting low. I just paid literally $200+ in overdraft fees because I'm dumb. But now I'm trying to add cash to my account so I dont go under again and the ATM tells me it wont accept cash deposits.This bank is trash. I'm not talking about the employees because I never go in to speak with them. But the bank itself, the quality of services, and the back end is complete trash and I plan to get a new account somewhere else tomorrow and once my checks start depositing there I'll enjoy going in to close this account.TLDR This bank is trash.

Walked in today, waited patiently to start another account at this branch for a relative. Asked the manager who seemed ok with it, he then said ok and all of a sudden a lady who was helping someone already must have been trying to rescue the manager to score whatever points or button from the manager who was also shocked as she jumped right into the conversation. Shockingly rude leave him be she said he looked at me shocked like what the heck. Anyhow my relative sold some property and it closed today, she bought the property some years ago and decided to take her profit. The obviously low education or just mean lady, really blew it by running us off since she judged a book by the cover we just looked at each other shocked and headed to the door, the lady then again started realizing what she had done. I'm positive she has no idea of the magnitude of what her rather large mistake made. I then went online and closed my account tonight. I'm sorry we disturbed you yesterday at the Sparks branch around 12:30pm.

BOW is a joke. Applied online 2 years ago. Under review and said they couldn’t verify my information. Yesterday tried to give them another shot same thing. Weird how every major bank can verify my identity but BOW can’t. Don’t need your 2 bit bank anyway. With hardly any locations in Reno.

Absolutely hate this bank. I am closing accounts completely. Rude, unhelpful and flat just don't care. Now I know why the good tellers left. Same with the Reno branch. Had this account 20 years and I'm really ticked

I had an issue with the atm breaking and eating my debit card. I was very frustrated so I had to come into the branch and im glad I did. I went to the teller who was unhelpful. But as I sat down one of the bankers Artis came up to me and offered to help! He was super kind and understanding about my predicament and worked with me to find a solution! He was amazing! Highly recommended seeing him if you plan to start banking here. Then the manager Judy went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me resolve the issue along side Artis. 10/10 would recommend banking with them they were absolute gems. Thank you! And thank goodness for kind souls like the 2 of them! Idk where would be without them!

Honestly, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I am absolutely going to move all my business accounts. Over the years they have provided less and less service with higher and higher fees. I know I’m a smalltime customer, only running several hundred thousand dollars a year through this bank, but they treat me as a number. I am simply a number to them. The Sparks branch is the worst and the Reno branch is only slightly better.

George Delgadillo was our personal banker and he was awesome. Totally knowledgeable and very very friendly. He helped me and my mom and we were delighted with his service. This is a great bank and we highly recommend it!
