What a bad experience I had when I heard the arrogance of a Latino speaking to an elderly woman. I understand that there are rules, but there are people who shouldn't have jobs if they don't know how to care for people, especially the elderly. It's better not to say that they are Latino, I'm ashamed, it's understood that the area belongs to the

A bank that doesn't let you have cash out of your check your bringing in? It was even a bank of america check. Shady, makes no sense. She just didn't want to help.

It's really inconvenient for a bank to close at 4:00pm. That's why I give it a 1 star. Most banks close at 5:00pm.

Good luck trying to get your money back if a company charges you for something they weren't supposed to. Basically if you've ever had an affiliation with said company its on you. Had a company charge me $100 for something I canceled. Bank says resolve it with the company. Basically giving the company all the power. Enough said, I won't do business with that company or Bank of America after this point.

I have been banking with Bank of America for over 10 years and I have a business account there as well! I went in to get a simple notary from Maria Valdez. She denied my notary Stating that I needed to have two spaces filled out and I told her I didn't know the number or information and then I went out to my truck I called the people for the information I went back in to get my document notarized with the information she said that I needed that was missing and she still refuse my notary without explanation! I asked for an explanation as to why my notary was denied and she was with another customer and could not take the time to explain to her manager why she denied my notary. This is piss poor customer service they told me to go to UPS or another Bank of America or another notary. I may never use this bank again for anything because of this.

Terrible customer service. Only one teller working and a line of 10 people inside, and 6+ outside. Over an hour wait. Pathetic management by this branch manager.

Worst bank ever. Don't trust them. Don't go to them. I've been on hold and am talking to multiple representatives and none of them know what they're doing or what they're talking about

Tellers can't cancel cards. I don't understand why employees aren't properly cross trained to help customers. In the event of a lost card, a customer might call the call center, but today there was over an hour wait so I drove down to my nearest office. After waiting in a long line for a teller I was disappointed to be seated for another wait for a banker. For something as simple as cancelling a card, and being an ex-teller myself, I was appalled at this service. I will never again bank with Bank of America and if you wish to keep your current customers, you may want to re-train your employees.

Theres always a line and only one teller working. The rest of the employees are roaming around the bank doing nothing. Very frustrating, but will be switching banks soon.

Eddy and Ryan were honestly the two best BofA reps I've met in a long time I will be returning to this location for all financial needs never felt so appreciated for a being a customer for them and I've been banking with BofA for 4+ years and I was a little upset with the corporate side and was gonna close the account soon but after today and as long as those 2 are easy to get ahold of my money is with BofA.

This is by far the worst b of a I've ever been in. Rudely told me I had to wrap my own coins. I looked around and there was no one else even at the bank. I asked if they sent out any notices about the new change and she just pointed to the sign right beside her. So basically you have to bring in all your coins and fill out a form go all the way to the front of line before you see the sign about coins. Yeesh. So I sat and did my coins on a chair while literally 2 employees tapped there nails on the counter waiting for customers. What are the banks even good for anymore.
