Me and my fiancé walked in because we were Christmas shopping for our parents. The old lady who i assume is the owner was following me and my fiancé around. I had my phone out and I took a picture of some things because my brother was looking for house decor for our mother. I took 1 picture and the lady came up all snarky and asked me to delete the picture. I was more than willing to delete out of respect. I told her I was going to bring my brother later that day to go shopping for my mom. She replied in a very snotty and snarky way. She said she didn’t care and didn’t need our business. I replied and said that’s not a smart way of talking to a customer, I walked away from her. My fiancé purchased her candle thing and we left. As we were walking out the door the old gargoyle man came running after me, I ignored him at first because I just wanted to finish my holiday shopping. But he followed me and called for me, at this point I was 20-30 feet from his store. He persisted and I went back to talk to him. He got all in my face about how he has issues with people stealing his work. I understood that and I even showed him that wasn’t my intention and he got all heated for no reason. He starts cussing at me so I told him he will no longer have my business. He said he didn’t care as he was in business for 30 years. I said cool and walked away. He then insists I come back to fight him. Not professional and reading the reviews it seems as this dude likes to do these things. For his products you can do a simple search and see that every single thing in that store is just a dropped shipped garbage and copy and paste of other stuff on etsy and Pinterest. I’m anxiously waiting for a reply as he seems to blame all the bad reviews on customers?

Really fun store with an amazing variety of products. Incredible selection of coffee, dip mixes and home decor. Sports decor and memorabilia section is off the charts good. Couple who work there were so friendly and helpful, even ordering items of our favorite collegiate team they didn't have in scck.stock. Came home and made coffee we bought.

From the moment we walked in the store we were being followed around by the owners. We felt uncomfortable the entire time. Tried to take a photo to show my friend and he told us we couldn't because of people copying his work. That's fine, I promptly deleted the photo and the owner came over to us and gave us a lecture about people copying his work. At that point, we promptly left. His "art" is stuff we've seen a million times over. It's not unique in any way, shape, or form. There was even a hand made SF Giant's table that was crooked and leaning. Couldn't even put a drink on it if you tried. The majority of this stuff was not high quality. Don't go to this store unless you want to be treated like a thief and receive a lecture by the owner about people copying his work.

We needed framing work and found this wonderful company online. We were given on the spot, red carpet service for our 2 water damaged prints. Jeff and Carol are so friendly, thoughtful and experienced in framing. The prints came out better than they ever were. I was confused cause the sign outside said Art Box..We highly recommend Home and More!!

1st off the store caught my eye because of name in which I was extremely impressed of items.The down fall was customer service after we bought nearly $300 in which most of items were to be shipped was told the following Monday in 3 days. Over 30 days later I finally received the last of tracking information. I called/emailed about this several times.I also after returning home from our trip found the birdfeeder purchased that I took with me the glass had gotten broke so I inquired about paying for glass/shipping of replacement. I was informed there was a invoice sent which I followed up on that I didn't receive so I could pay for and was informed would be shipped with last item. As I inquired about invoice on many occasions I never received replied on this.As a matter of fact after being sent tracking info on last item there was no response.This birdfeeder may not mean much to some but it was special to me the second I laid eyes on it.Phone conversation with husband was very rude and treated me very below him and was very sarcastic.I wouldn't recommend this store if shipment will be involved

Honestly the reason why we will never be back is because of the environment of the store. The whole time we were walking through there were multiple people breathing down our necks. Then the owner made a comment that they blocked all the signal so no one can use their phones in the store. Came off very rude to someone who understood why they didn't want people to take pictures of their items. Definitely going to a different frame store. Glad to see I wasn’t the only one that thought the owners were extremely unprofessional and rude from the comments on Yelp as well. Environment of the store can definitely make or break the store in my opinion.

Had a very unpleasant time here. The lady who was working was really rude to multiple people I believe she was the owner. Don’t even think about looking at your phone without being glared at and told to leave. I guess they should have a sign on the door to leave your kids at home. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Oh man how refreshing finding honest people and keeping there word. I needed a Jersey framed and advise on best way to do it. I meet the owners at there Vegas store while on vacation. They then delivered it to me in Sparks. The smoothes transaction you could have. What a great job on the framing

If only I could give 0 stars, I was walking around this store to look for items for my new place I'm going to be moving into and the lady who owns this store kicks us out bc we weren't there to shop (which was false) called us names so we just left

First off let me say how much I love this place. This past experience It had really did it for me! I was able to get my Grandpa's Navy ship custom framed and it was literally a week before Christmas! Jeff the owner got it done in 1 day! It looked incredible! They never cease to amaze me with the customer service and pure craftsmanship. I highly suggest going here for any art/custom framing needs!!! Thanks Artbox!

Where do I start? This place is really your only one stop shop for all your needs and things you didn't think you need. The staff is ultra friendly everyone in the build oozes customer service. I really appreciate all the merchandise. I will definitely take drive to reno for these guys.
