Great gym, great community, caring staff, clean facility, showers, and optimum space. I loved this place and I miss it so.

Great Gym! Did a free week in September and it was a blast, environment was encouraging, helpful, insightful, and the coach was very informative and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Highly recommend!

Great gym with a good attitude and approach to fitness. Come here to get sweaty and meet a fun crowd.
